Can a person hold both advocate license by enrolment and patent agent license ?
yes you can, but you can only become a patent agent after giving the exam for it and you should be of science background in order to appear for it . You cannot give the exam if youre not a science background student by any means.

Also there are no technical tutorials vedios on patent. The theory portions are in plenty. I request you to make some tutorial vedios on how to file patent online / offline. Work to to be done in patent .sort of drafting etc. Pls Ma'am 🙏

very easy, because ipr is a growing field and less competition. there are many ipr agencies that needs lawyers but most lawyers go for litigation.
the area of work in ipr for law graduates is very clear and specific in nature so one can excel very well in ipr field and earn a lot compared to litigation lawyers.

I am a practicing lawyer and want to know the Scope/opportunities a lawyer get in foreign countries like dubai, canada, singapore, etc. in which field there is more demand. eg: IPR, Corporate law, contract drafting etc. if you have a time plz answer.
