trumpet is a Bb instrument, meaning this is in Eb for instruments also in Bb. Concert pitch instruments have to transpose down a tone

I am trying to learn Chet Baker lines on Guitar, which has room for whatever key he is in.

@@Prome_Theus94 Not sure why you think it's wrong? I transcribed it before visiting this video and mine is pretty similar (a few minor differences that I attribute to my ear vs the ear of this transcriber. Are you sure it's not because of the Bb vs C instrument?

@@Joel_Powell The syncopation is written wrong in a few places after the vocals, like beat 4 on the 2nd bar, or bar 21 where it should be on beat 3 and not the upbeat.. just a few things that are actually wrong and change the solo

@@jedijake6756 Yes that's what i had on measure 21 - on the 2nd bar I had the same note he has on beat three, but the following note (C) came on beat 1 of measure 3 - in any case, I enjoy transposing - it's a challenging thing sometimes :).

@@MontesGibson No, it's for the Trumpet - a Bb instrument. So since this is in Eb for the Trumpet, it would be in Db for the piano or guitar. For example the second and third notes (F on beats 3 and 4 of the first measure).would be Eb on the piano/guitar.

This transcription isn't perfect, but on this particular point you're wrong. Bar 14 is the "with love to lead the way/I've found more clouds of grey/than any Russian play could guarantee" part. The notes in question are him singing the words play and could, and they're definitely Eb (actually a Db on piano since this is transcribed in Bb). In the second verse he does go up to an F (Eb on piano) during the "although I can't dismiss/the memory of her kiss" part. He sings an F (Eb) on the word kiss in bar 27, like the transcription says.
