At my brothers wedding, he and his wife were the only ones that received communion. They had made that arrangement with the priest. Because on a wedding, people are present who do not normally go to Mass
The comment about your husband makes so much sense. My husband is not Catholic but we were married in the Church. He believes but does not practice. He has never had any thing bad to say and did not object to raising our 3 children Catholic, but things would have been SO MUCH better and easier if he had been Catholic too. He has no interest in it.
Please do suggest & ideas about how to make catholic wedding party just like you said about saints name in each table it made me interesting . Please do give more ideas 💡❤❤
That got me started on reading my Bible daily. I started out by listening to the podcast and using a Bible app, and then after that, I started reading it on my own daily on my own pace. To get through the whole Bible in a year, I read the New Testament during my holy hour on Fridays I’m in the letters of Saint Paul, and in my regular reading which is every day of the week I just starring Matthew yesterday and I’m reading one chapter a day and then when I get to Mark, I’ll read one chapter a day and maybe one day with two chapters until November 30 and then on December 1, the first day of Advent, I will read one chapter of Luke a day and that will end on Christmas Eve.
Except when he reads certain books, I noticed the wording was really weird. I use a Douay Rheims and when he was reading, I think it was Judith, some of the reading was really different and confusing.
Hi Amber, if you don't mind me asking, have you and your husband Max experienced spiritual attack while you two were engaged, and did it change after you two got married? I have always been single, so I don't know what that spiritual attack looks like. I have some friends in seminary and the priesthood who have told me about the spiritual attack that they face (both before and after ordination). I imagine that the attacks are different between the consecrated and the married lay-people. I have friends who are engaged, so they will appreciate a video about this. - Thank you

For the person asking about struggling with reading- pray before you read! This can help you to focus and have God work alongside you.

Pray for him

Thank you!
You don’t need the adventure bible to do Fr Schmidt’s Bible in a year podcast. Any Catholic version of the Bible will be good!

Very good video.
God bless you :)
