When I saw that Copenhagen record cover I immediately thought it was the lead singer from Psychic TV, but I guess not. Was that a very young Gloria Estefan on the cover of the Miami Sound Machine single? Very cool!

Yes. Gloria Estefan sings in this Miami Sound Machine single. Great 7" really enjoyed it.

Interesting program and nice trip.You bought new records , very nice.Gratulation. Night Fever band from punk manifesto " This is Copenhagen"plays a month ago in Poland DIY Fest 2024 in Gdynia at the Ucho Club.It's worth seeing on UA-cam. Very good performance and energy band from Denmark.
Have You seen it in stores good old press records The Sods,Lost Kids,Cty-X,Electric Deads,V/A Paere Punk ,Concert of the Moment-live Saltlageret ?

Muistan ton Dr.Beat, se oli heidän eka hittinsä ja ennenkuin Gloria Estefanin nimi nostettiin kärkeen. Muistan myös Ton Billy Ocean biisin. En silloin aikanaan erityisemmin välittänyt enkä ole kuullut hänen versiotaan vuosiin. Mulla on nyt Melrosen cover siitä josta olen pitänyt ja onhan se tyylillisesti ihan erilainen. Sä et taida olla ihan aloittelija maratoonari kun ihan maaliin saakka pääsit?

Kiitokset. Billy Oceania en kyllä ollut kuullut sitten 80-luvun. Täytyykin Melrosen versio tsekata. Tämä oli kymmenes maraton ja syksyllä Tallinassa seuraava. Vinyyliä ja juoksua eli keski-ikäisen hommia.
