If we take the first episode of Naruto but Erase Iruka, you could still write it in a way where Naruto on his own still ends up in the same path he did without Iruka's help. Tsunade is a gambling addict because her grandfather, the first hokage, Hashirama is also a gambling addict. Since Hashirama really love his youngest granddaughter, Hashirama took Tsunade to casinos to spend time together, which end up Tsunade's addiction in gambling. What Tsunade developed from Dan's death was Blood Phobia, which ultimately led to her departure from the village her grandfather built.
The problem with that is Hashirama never actually had a gambling addiction, sure it was kinda shoehorned in for like 20 seconds of flashback, but that was only to link him to Tsunade. So it’s true and it’s canon, but it’s a major plot hole. When on earth was he gambling? Seriously think about his character and what he was busy doing. He never even showed a tendency to gamble, closest thing was him being competitive with Madara. It’s the worst retconned character trait I’ve ever seen and it’s disappointing by the standards of the rest of the series.
.... Tenancies like gambling hasn't actually been shown to carry from parent to child (or in this case grandparent to grandchild), at least not enough to say it's the main cause. I don't agree with this alteration to Hashirama at all for this reason and due to the fact that it doesn't fit with the rest of his character.

It's kinda odd how he never mentioned Neji once, I can understand not including TenTen, as she really had no significance in any of Naruto... But Neji was a pretty critical main character in the original Naruto, a bit forgotten in Shippuden but you didn't even mention his bravery done in the GNW.
Exactly. Kishi fucked him in Shippuden. Neji was actually my favorite character in Naruto. When shippuden hit, he got the back seat so bad, as well as the Hyuga clan plot, that my favorite character switched to Shikamaru and eventually to the 4th Raikage. Kishi made him a jonin yet he still hanged out with Team Gai. I think he should've made Neji a sensei and had him die in combat trying to protect his students right before Pain invaded the village. Maybe Konan or Kisame defeat him in battle.
Itachi defiantly didn't reveal that it was Danzo & the leaf's elders that was behind the Uchiha massacre. Tobi did. In fact, Itachi's whole life was to avoid Sasuke from finding that out. Itachi only tells Sasuke the truth, literally in death
There's a few mistakes in the timeline: - Obito first witnessed Rin's death and then went to meet the Akatsuki. - Itachi didn't reveal that the Uchiha massacre was a Danzo plot. He in fact died to protect that secret.

It was about 50 years before, they got it right. Hiruzen was 70 in part 1 when naruto was 12 and he was about 10 when Hashirama and Tobirama started training him, putting the gap in time at about 50 years. You can do the age check w oonoki too, he was 79 in shippuden.

Tsunade is a gambling addict because her grandfather, the first hokage, Hashirama is also a gambling addict. Since Hashirama really love his youngest granddaughter, Hashirama took Tsunade to casinos to spend time together, which end up Tsunade's addiction in gambling.
What Tsunade developed from Dan's death was Blood Phobia, which ultimately led to her departure from the village her grandfather built.

The problem with that is Hashirama never actually had a gambling addiction, sure it was kinda shoehorned in for like 20 seconds of flashback, but that was only to link him to Tsunade.
So it’s true and it’s canon, but it’s a major plot hole. When on earth was he gambling? Seriously think about his character and what he was busy doing. He never even showed a tendency to gamble, closest thing was him being competitive with Madara.
It’s the worst retconned character trait I’ve ever seen and it’s disappointing by the standards of the rest of the series.
.... Tenancies like gambling hasn't actually been shown to carry from parent to child (or in this case grandparent to grandchild), at least not enough to say it's the main cause. I don't agree with this alteration to Hashirama at all for this reason and due to the fact that it doesn't fit with the rest of his character.
The only time Hashirama ever gambles is in cutscenes of him telling people Tsunade picked up his habit.

Jiraya didn't actually died, he was taken to a lab out of the hidden rain village after pain thought he died and the group who taken him, experimented with his body a lot n finally made a clone of Jiraya named "Kashin Koji" and whether Jiraya is dead or alive in lab is still unknown to date.

It's kinda odd how he never mentioned Neji once, I can understand not including TenTen, as she really had no significance in any of Naruto... But Neji was a pretty critical main character in the original Naruto, a bit forgotten in Shippuden but you didn't even mention his bravery done in the GNW.

Exactly. Kishi fucked him in Shippuden. Neji was actually my favorite character in Naruto. When shippuden hit, he got the back seat so bad, as well as the Hyuga clan plot, that my favorite character switched to Shikamaru and eventually to the 4th Raikage. Kishi made him a jonin yet he still hanged out with Team Gai. I think he should've made Neji a sensei and had him die in combat trying to protect his students right before Pain invaded the village. Maybe Konan or Kisame defeat him in battle.

It was about 50 years before, they got it right. Hiruzen was 70 in part 1 when naruto was 12 and he was about 10 when Hashirama and Tobirama started training him, putting the gap in time at about 50 years.
You can do the age check w oonoki too, he was 79 in shippuden.
Tiny mistake I noticed, Sasuke used the sharingan before his big fight with Naruto, he used it in places like his fight with haku, gaara and naruto on the rooftop. Just wanted to point that out really quick, great job summarizing over 1000 episodes in 30 minutes though.
