As far as the soft limiter goes (mentioned at 1:40 ), if it's the same as the 370, you cannot rev past ~5000 rpm in Neutral. If you put it into 1st gear without letting out the clutch, you should then be able to rev to redline while at a standstill.
The VR30 with a nicely put together exhaust has a faint resemblance to the VQ. I guess a slight trumpet sound, but you really gotta hear it. I do love me the sound of a proper VQ though. People hate the trumpet but I love it lol

@@dom_z3480 people have to see the car in person. The more I see the car the more I appreciate the lines. Nissan did a good job with the design hands down. Front bumper is missing a division in the grill, but everything else is chefs kiss.

Interesting. It does sound kinda loud in certain occasions, but with out the drone and rasp that most exhaust bring with the VR30.
