Unknown Russian group Adelaida made some really groovy italo-styled disco gems in typical early 90's Russian style, but as far as I can find out those were only released on tape.

From the album "Greetings from Australia" by Gruppa Adelaida in 1990. If anyone's interested, you can find the full magnetic tape recording on VK, just type the name of the album in Russian with the band name.
