Why don’t you refer to the icing consistency as 10, 15 second icing or stiff, piping or flood consistency? I never heard the term soft or medium peak? It’s not a term I’ve ever heard from other bakers and seems like it might be confusing for new cookie decorators.

I think you were way to harsh on yourself about the ring cookie. All of them looked stunning.
