PS4 looks nice
PS4.
I like the gamecube and dreamcast versions
Dreamcast, N64 and Gamecube
Dreamcast and PS4
I love the music of the PC/Dreamcast version ^^
I grew up with that!
Dreamcast/PC/N64 are best versions
These versions made by arabs developers in morocoo by ubisoft casablanca
Wo ist die PC Version? 😮
Suprised this game wasn't on Xbox.
I beat the Gamecube version.
or the Sega Saturn.
I love that version of ps1 and ps2
AAAhhhh.....No. The Ps1 version is rendering at 512x240, not 256x240. The N64 is rendering 320x240 without the expansion pack and at 512x384 with the memory expansion. I wonder what emulator are you using to compare Ps1 and N64 footage? If you use Duckstation for Ps1 it will display the internal resolution and internal framerate in the lower right corner of the window frame. And as always the N64 version here is looking way to sharp and without dithering unlike the real thing.
and the PS2 version ran at 640x350 interpolated to 640x480.
@@Pac-Mario64 I think it runs at 640x448 though.
@@jsr734 actually, 576x448.
@@Pac-Mario64 I don´t remember exactly, but i think it was 640x448 for Donald Duck Going Quackers on the Ps2.
@@jsr734 576x448 for PS2 GameCube version was 640x448.
I love the PS1 version.
GameCube looks great
There are generally only five versions of this game:
-GameBoy Color (2D),
-GameBoy Advance (2D)
-PlayStation 1 (3D),
-PC, Dreamcast and Nintendo 64 versions are actually the same version (Nintendo 64 is a little reduced compared to the other two sub-versions),
-PlayStation 2 and GameCube are completely the same game.
Of course, PlayStation 2 and GameCube version is technically the best (and it was one of the highest polygon detail games at the time of its release, back in 2000), but I like mostly the Nintendo 64/PC/Dreamcast version (second technically the best out of five).
The PC/Dreamcast/Nintendo 64 version was the first one which I played (back in 2008) and the first one which I got to know well (back in 2011-2012).
I had the PC version, which from the looks of it ,seems to be the same as the N64 and Dreamcast versions.
Yeah, this is right. Weird game, from a production standpoint. The lead version was the PS2/GameCube one by Ubisoft Montreal. Then there was the completely separate N64/Dreamcast/Windows version by Ubisoft Casablanca. Ubisoft Shanghai semi-ported the Casablanca version to PS1 but reworked the levels heavily in the process, so it's sort of the third version. Then you've got the handheld ports, but of course those were always going to be completely different.
It's interesting that Casablanca's game ended up being the best-received version. Montreal is far more of a "prestige" studio within Ubisoft--in the years after this, they'd be known as the Prince of Persia and Assassin's Creed developers--but the PS2/GC version did not review too hot. Casablanca were only ever handed minor side-projects like the weird touch-based Prince of Persia platformer on Nintendo DS, but the N64/DC/PC Donald Duck were great. In fairness, they built it on the Rayman 2 engine, so they had a head-start to make a good game.
The PS1 version has much better audio quality and resolution than the others. the worst in audio quality is PS4.
????
No
There is no PS4 version
PS4 version is just the PS1 game through emulation
@@kevinrosario2729 I know, I didn't pay attention.
@@kevinrosario2729 Its rendering at 1080p internal resolution too.
