Feels like you force it too early, a few levels into a 2500$ freeze out you’re merging 2nd pair into a bluff for stacks. Read your table and set baselines on your opponents. Don’t be the donk everyone is waiting to catch.

I was thinking, man that takes balls to turn 2nd pair into a bluff then when the villain called, I was like what how can someone call with 2nd pair there? I guess aggression is so high these days I'm behind the power curve or something.

@@waterboy417 his ability is top notch for sure. But look at the hands he was involved with. Flopping top set w/TT is run good, checking back flop vs the bb defend is a good play, but the only way he makes all the money is if rampage picks up further equity on the turn, gii, and bricks river which is what happens. Then foxen has AA when rampage has AKhh. Then foxen wakes up with QQ when rampage is 3bet bluff jamming. Foxen doesn’t win that one, but pretty much all the skill you see from
foxen here is his check back on the ten high flop when he has top set amd then gii on the turn losing to only one hand and holding against the draw. So again, world class player of course, but really nothing amazing in this video.

Late reg. is advantageous for players that aren`t as good as most of the other players. The longer a less skilled player plays, the more the better players will win against him in the long run. You're spending way too much time pushing the envelope, from the get go you played like you were on TILT or something and the rest of the table caught on to it rather quickly and took advantage of you. Stop trying to bluff so much and start playing playable hands vise all these mediocre hands you keep putting yourself into, got to remember only the TOP PROS get away with that n win most of the time. You also need to learn to get a much better read on your table and the players, you're miss reading them badly. Bluffing maybe fun, but you do it so much that everyone catches on to it and calls you out knowing you won't just let go of your hand. For them it's an easy money n chipping up, they know you're willing to just throw your chips their way regardless of how little or big it maybe. Just trying to be real here and not like most on here who're trying to blow smoke up yer butt or something by saying how great you are or how well you played it just didn't go your way when in fact you played horrible and on what seemed like TILT in both of these tourneys you showed today. You have a good one and good luck in your next tourney.

Hum Our Dear Ethan is promoting investing in fractional ownership of art pieces. OK but 2 cents of advice: i) how much is the transaction fee of buying and then selling you fractional ownership, ii) how much the platform charges when buying and then selling the art piece itself, iii) how much is the cost of insuring and safekeeping the art piece, iv) can you diversify across artists, and vi) how 'legally solid' is your fractional ownership. In a nutshell, do your homework and understand the whole process.

Hes one of the best tournament players in the world no doubt, but he also did have a very strong hand every time he got his money in. I watch a lot of Poker on UA-cam, and while their are occasionally some big bluffs or someone gets there with a weird hand. Clearly the *optimal* strategy, is get a big pocket pair and try to get all the money in as soon as possible.
In fairness to Rampage, he said that he was outplayed in the 1010 vs A9 hand, but I dont think flopping top set and finding a way to get all the money in takes too much skill. Sure Foxen checked the flop, but once the Diamond turns for our Hero, the money is probably going in. Not alot of “play” in that hand.

Transparently, I’ve been critical of your play on previous vlogs. However, I would have done the exact same thing on that A9 of diamonds hand. He has too many bluffs in his range there and you have a significant chance of having the best hand on the river no matter what he has. I think you played well on this one.

You held your own just fine. Also, Foxen was getting an incredible run of cards so that's no fault of yours. And, "river suck-outs" are part of the game. I have to remind myself (and others) that Texas Hold Em is a 7 card game so that it doesn't sting as much when the river is bad for me (or them). Nice work on getting into the money, bro.

FYI, that first hand in the video, I don't think the math is on your side in any way shape or form to bluff the turn when you turn the pair of 8s. That is 100% a check back every day of the week and twice on Sunday in a Tournament. If you're jammed on you have to fold and you've just crippled yourself.
