I love this foundation. Pampered Wolf recommended and I hesitated because the drugstore foundations havent worked on my skin. I’m 44 and this is a hit on my dry skin.
I’ve been using this foundation for the past 3 ish years and it makes my 23 years old fair Scottish skin look sooooo good. I love this product! So glad it gets a good write up

I’ve got to try it especially since the colder months are approaching. During the Summer I like using matte sunscreens and foundations but we all know how cold and drying the Winters are, so I need something affordable, glowing and looks good on the skin. I’m definitely going to order a shade asap! Thank you so much for the review- it’s exactly what I need!
Love the review! Thanks so much. I'm a full coverage EL Doublewear girl but there is just something about the finish of this foundation that I love. I've been using it with Rimmel Stay Matte primer and I've been able to get a good 10 - 12 hours wear with this and still have the radiant finish.
I'm in the 40's dry skin club too and I got the foundation last week and I REALLY like it.

I was looking high and low for a foundation to replace Clinique’s dewy smooth which was discontinued and finally I found a perfect replacement and I didn’t have to spend $60 to do it.

I went from having oily skin, I’m talking like a dico ball 🤣 to having combo. It has been a challenge. No wrinkles, yet. The dry spots, minimal fine lines and now enlarged pores have my face screaming for mercy! Thank you so much! You Rock!

I'm in my 40's so I always like to see what you think about foundations! Usually, you and I have the same opinion on the foundations I end up trying. Keep the reviews coming!!! I find that I usually have to mix a couple of shades to get my shade match, I'm a redhead with dry, fair skin. Right now I have been mixing the Smashbox 24 hour hydrating foundation in shade 0.3 with this Nyx BTG in shade 6.5 nude.

We're very similar skin wise (dark hair, fair dry/maturing skin) so it is such a huge help to see someone doing reviews for our skin type and shade range (I swear it feels like half off reviewers have oily skin with warm undertones lol.) So from all of us dry skin gals, thank you!
I found some statistic a little while ago (that of course now I can't find again) that when you take out the people that only have dry skin in the winter, we're something like less than 1 in 5 of the population that are dry skinned year round. Oy!

I've been loving the CoverGirl TruBlend Super Stunner Hyper-Glow Highlight cuz it really works well if one has a little bit of texture here and there!!!

I LOVE that someone finally made a light olive tone. Nude is a good shade for you semi pale olive skinned ladies.
I love watching you read the companies' product blurbs! Mainly coz I have the same reactions. As for the foundation, wow, what a nice surprise. This might be the first Nyx foundation to really tempt me... nice finish, pretty good performance and seems like a great undertone (not the dreaded orange "pink"). Be interesting to see how long it takes for us to get it here, and what they'll charge us... typically their foundations are $25-30 here (which is equal to about US$17-21), that's pretty much Maybelline/Loreal type prices - our "drug store pricing".

This is one of my new favorites! Longevity in a dewy finish is hard to find, and the Nyx holds up great over time.

When I was in Florida I went to Sephora for the first time and it was amazing, I picked up the Kat Von D foundation, yeah I know shoot me lol, it’s a FULL coverage foundation but it’s beautiful, I understand if u wouldn’t want to test it out on ur channel because I seen the comments on ur video about the eyebrow products, I also got a mini of the concealer and setting powder and I was really impressed, it doesn’t dry my under eyes, if u haven’t tried them I’d defo recommend

I was hoping you would do a review of this foundation! :D Looks nice and smooth. :) I think 9 or 10 hours is respectable. A few days ago I bought a tube of the Milani Amore Shine lipstick in that same shade. It's so pretty and neutral! I love it!

Based on your review of Anastasia Beverly Hills foundation, I ordered it and am waiting for it to arrive, fingers crossed it works as well on me. :0)
Finally a foundation that isn’t aimed at oily skin.
It’s quite annoying that the large majority of foundations are always for oily skin.
Yes, we get it, most people have oily or combination skin, but there’s many others that have dry skin and there such a low selection, especially at the drugstore!!!

This might be a great one for me! There is actually a cool tone shade that looks cool and not peach! CYO 01, s a good shade match for me. The second, NYX swatch, looks comparable to CYO, on my screen.
I thought the same! I hate those supposedly cool pink foundations that are actually warm peachy-orange! Also good, because we here will probably eventually get the Nyx one, whereas neither the CYO or the Soap&Glory dupe are available here (nor will the US & UK retailers ship internationally to us here).

I love this foundation - and it looks so awesome on your skin!! How would you compare the finish of the Covergirl highlight with Wet n Wild MegaGlo Highlighting Powder? Love how glassy & not shimmery the Covergirl looked on you.
I love the NYX foundation, in my opinion is very similar to the ABH Luminous foundation, just cheaper, so they're both in my rotation... I guess there will be no need to repurchase the ABH one 😉... hugzzz!

I saw an application tip on another site I would love to see you try. After your primer and before your foundation powder your nose and chin. Since your chin seems to loose coverage 1st hoping this would help to keep coverage.

Natascha Valkenhoff same! I really wanted to love this but the cool undertones were too pick, the warm were too yellow and the neutral was too beige 🤦🏻♀️. I ended up buying a colourpop one.

I usually use L’Oreal pro-glow foundation in my dry skin. Ive been wanting to try this foundation but I can’t find it in stores. It’s hard to get a good match when buying online.

Rosalba Trujillo, Angie/HotandFlashy did her faves and fails for September and mentioned the Soap & Glory Kickass foundation. They’re both owned by Boots No. 7 and Kickass is the CYO Lifeproof rebranded. It’s the exact same formula and shade range.
