Great video man. Don’t worry about the scratch, it’s easily fixed. I just bought some new foam back cloth for my headliner to replace ($13 from Johnson Fabrics) and it got glued on crooked so I have to rip it all off, order more and start again. 😢

I had my front panel replaced and the lock latches for the front don't line up with my glass tops. any suggestions. can I bring to you for you to take a look at it.
The latch receiver has some adjustment but if it’s too far off, the a-pillar to front panel spot welds would have to be redone.
Looks great! I am right now trying to put new weatherstrip in my 87 GN. I tried Fairchild brand and it is too thick, the T Top doesn’t fit. What brand are you using? I had no rust, so everything is factory.

I just got a t top kit and the center ridge is not attached, how does one re attach it
The center section that the TTop glass tucks into? That spine attaches with four self tapper screws. The seal will hide the screw head
How did you put your t ridge to gether I bought mines for Mike's Montes no pre drilled holes
I used the harbor freight flange tool to punch holes in the metal.

@@CRASHBERN Great video. Very informative. Once the holes are installed, do you rivet the center rail? Also, what kind of sealant do you use where the center rail meets the body moldings at the windshield and rear? Thanks!
Thanks 🙏🏾 I want to make sure we’re talking about the same thing. Are you talking about at 2:40? I reused the self tapper screws to install the center rail that the ttops slide into. Also, I use 3M super weatherstrip adhesive for the corners of the rail and the seals.
