They were a jazz trio, but they didn't tell Eric....Genius
God Bless Jack. 👍 RIP.
Wonderful - and poor Eric! 🤣
Could have been Jack 😂
I'm truly Blessed!
I saw Jack Bruce in performance at the Hollywood Palladium on November 24,1972 as part of "West, Bruce And Laing"!
I'm 66 years old now and I will never forget Jack's powerful singing voice!
It was truly a religious experience!
REST IN ETERNAL PEACE ~
JOHN SYMON "JACK" BRUCE.
Besides his prodigious talent, Jack has a hysterical sense of humor.. miss him greatly
I watched The Cream's farewell performance at the LA Forum. I was so close to them that I was actually leaning on Jack's Sunn amplifier. I thought that I'd be most impressed with Clapton's playing, but instead, for me at least, Bruce's bass playing impressed me the most.
Man he rocked on that thing, one man band fills up the space so well. What a legend
Jack, not only one of the greatest bass players ever, one of theeee greatest singers of all time. 💖🤩💖🤩💖🤩💖🤩💖🤩💖🤩💖🤩💖🤩💖
White. Be for real. 😂
Jack was a well read man of many seasons!
Great bassist. Funny story about what N.S.U. meant. It was very considerate of him not to mention who the guitarist was. LOL
It’s always the guitarist!
Poor Pattie Boyd Harrison!
I've been playing bass now for 47 years. Jack Bruce was my first inspiration when I was 15. You can definitely get some Bruce feeling when you hear me play.
Such an incredible bassist & underrated singer.
Absolutely brilliant.
Those fills he does kick absolute ass!
Fantastic
Medium gauge strings have a lot of tone.
Incredible
❤❤❤❤❤
I have always wondered what the title meant. Now I know 😉
The first phrase of N.S.U. also happens to be by favourite lyric in all of rock music.
Can you upload You Burned The Tables On Me next from the 1971 Out Front performance next ? Thank you
👏👏👏
Saw Jack several years ago with “orchestra” at the Queens Hall in Edinburgh. Sponsored by Glenfiiddich Whiskey - free tasting! Consequentially, saw 20 players on stage as opposed to 10!🤣🤣🤣
I love how he refers to his former bandmates as "the guitarist" and "the drummer". 😂🤣
Driving in my car . . . there was a car called NSU but looks like that wasn't the explanation for the song title!
The man
A Jazz trio with Marshall amps.
And here I thought the NSU was about the car.
"I love that story, hehe "
Did Bruce always play a fretless bass?
He played an EB3 Gibson through the 60's and early to mid 70's,then around 76 started experimenting with the fretless bass....I kinda like the old EB3 sound!! 🎸☮️
@judyblueyes1275 I love it. His fretless sound is great but not like the EB
I had an EB-3 for a while, but it never sounded like Jack Bruce's. But l didn't have multiple Marshall stacks, either.
Its not a disease. You get it by stressing out your member from over use.
I thought it was a BMW car
Jack or Eric? Probably both of them, lol.
Jack says "it's a blood good axe"
