After this season Romero will be a top 3 CB only behind VVD and Saliba
W list. I prefer VDV as a player, just because he saves us in last ditch situations so much, but will say that Romero is probably the better player overall.

Virgil was statistically the best centre half in Europe last year and he’s past his prime. Having him second is poor but that goofy looking kid having him third is criminal.

It gets overlooked but as good as Stones is he's actually missed a lot of premier league football whilst at City. He only played 14 x last season and had less mins than Botman did all season and he's only played 160 out of 300+ prem games for City in 8 years. I think you could include Martinez on the same basis as Stones to say that when he is fit, he's probably one of the better (definitely top 10) defenders in the league.

@@Shnipe1 considering they put Van de Ven in there, schar in reev's insane list, stones in the top 3 when he basically played just as much as Licha (16 games vs 11 games) and Akanji and Dias are comfortably clear, it really is wild. I've noticed a trend that while most people watch their clubs play and base their ideas around what the media says about other teams, and United get ridiculed much more than any other team in the league. So people underrate our players, like Bruno and Licha and Onana, just because the narrative exists that he's a moaner, a dwarf, a clown etc.
