    You are absolutely correct. Wished I had seen this before I bought mine. Now I got the red light of death issue.

      Pizzles Tech Time : Thanks so much for asking. Nothing worked until I read your comment to disconnect from phone and then reset them. I have had them over a year and was heartbroken but thanks to you they are now charged. I will say they are phenomenal when they are working correctly. Again many thanks for your help.

    You are 100% correct.
    I have mine updated and everyone complains about the same thing when I'm on a call. They say they can hear the movement of the electrons in the atoms around me. It is unusable to make calls, it picks up EVERYTHING.

    Been using my GF’s pair for a week now and totally agree about the wind issue. Its got to the point where ive just taken them off when I’m out. Even at the lowest ANC setting its bad. I have a pair of QC35’s that aren’t effected like this at all.

      Dave Pearce it's really unfortunate because I love bose so much as a company! I'm going to have to put together some positive reviews for my other Bose products now. They usually make such high quality fantastic products. I did end up returning these headphones as I said the problems were too much to handle. Sorry to hear that you were going through the same thing.

      Pizzles Tech Time I agree, they make really good products. My GF didnt seem to notice this issue but i have. Just glad i didn’t buy them otherwise i too would have sent them back.

    Bose QC30 - Never buy this product as this has a design flaw. After some months you may notice noise coming out from the left earphone. The reason might be because this earphone has control panel on right side and left side is connected through the neck band. After some use of neck band itself you might notice getting disturb noise on your left earphone. I visited their store to repair it after one year and they can’t do anything unless you do trade with them to buy same new product where you get 20% off. Still you will get the same new design flaw earphone which might damage in couple of months. Worst product. Mic is also very bad. Only the good part I noticed is ANC. Personally I never recommend this design flaw product. Thanks.

    I had the same problems after few months and send it back to Bose for warranty replacement.

    I have bqc 30 for a year and a half now.The outer plastic cover is damaged and the power button is not working anymore.Seems to be a common occurrence of this bose product.See the Bose discussion forums.My advise to anyone having this product is try to exchange it for another product from Bose.

    Bro mines literally dont work anymore i put in charge it shows me a red light and it dosent turn on im trying to fix this

    Returning mine today also and it’s the 2nd day of not being able to talk to people without aggravating them. ‘‘Twas disappointing. The plantronic voyager is great but only have one ear bud and too low of volume for myself... why can’t someone make a good earbud set???!!!! I’m up for recommendations as I have spent thousands over the years looking for a good noise filtering mic without that dumb headset.

      Not much of a fix from what I heard. I do think neckband earphones are the best for being on the road or at work. People are starting to use those apple pods but they just don't work for my situation. I'm a truck driver and I need 15 hours of battery life everyday. I really like LG's style of headphones but they tend to only last a year or two for me. Right now I'm using the LG tone infinim as my daily driver

      jason veillon oh i asked the staff and they all said red light is unfixable, i recommend you to email the customer service, see if they can provide you a replacement for free like i did, or provide a discount at the next purchase.

    Los míos no quieren cargar, se pone en luz roja y se apaga. Y le hago de todo . Lo apago lo enciendo y aveces da una luz verde súper chilca pero es bien rápido.

    After 9 months, they just stopped working. Anyone know why that happened? I didn't use them for calls because of complaints. Too much money for this level of "quality".

    My bose hearphones inticate a red light put on the charger
    Its not 'ON' not working...
    What's the matter??

      Press and hold the Power/Bluetooth button for 10 seconds, until you hear “Bluetooth device list cleared.” Delete your QuietControl® 30 headphones from the Bluetooth list on your mobile device.

      Try a different cable and or plug also try a different outlet for a last-ditch effort. Also try a reboot of the device
      Maybe a battery issue?

      @@PizzlesTechTime he's just 17 and he lost all of his front teeth. He couldn't afford the hospital bill so they were stuck at the lobby of the hospital. Vape sucks

      Safety is very important when it comes to vaping. also people should be at least 18 but ideally 21 before they start vaping. Terribly sorry about this person. This should never happen.

    This guy did not update his software don't take advice from people who don't understand how to update software. The software update that came out over your ago fixes all issues

      I had the application I did update the software. Also these are $300 headphones from Bose. I expect more from them. if you want to be a little sheep and just be happy with whatever company gives you then be my guest. I on one hand have a review Channel and I have to give my opinion. at the time when I used these (look at when the video was posted) these were the issues that they were having. Sorry if you're not experiencing the issue.
