With the second season of Hazbin Hotel on the horizon, fans are eager to see what’s next for Charlie and her friends. Sir Pentious can be the new leader of Adam's former army and re-establish them as rescuers of lost souls. He may even teach them how to think for themselves and about individuality. He might even make each of them their own personal egg boy.

My hope is that Sir Pentious befriends Molly and with help from Emily, he rebuilds his Air-Ship to serve as his home and as a new resort so Winners and Angels have a place to talk freely without being shamed or ridiculed for using foul language or taboo subjects like Hell or loved ones in Hell, and when Sinners finely make it to Heaven, it can be a place for them to readjust to their new life and reunite with family and friends, and to honour Charlie, he'd call it "The Princess's Dream".
I can see Sir Pentious along with Emily and Cherri bomb being in a love triangle
I think we can make a prediction based on the assumption that this is a criticism of our society: Hell represents the issues of the working class and empoverished, taken to an extreme, while heaven represents the upper / ruling class (also taken to the extreme): Adam himself said there are no bad days. Now, what happens in the rare case of someone from poverty entering the ruling class (for example by winning a lottery and managing those winnings well)?
Most commonly, they start conforming to an upper class lifestyle but never forget the struggles they faced to get there.
Pentious might be similar, conforming but still advocating for his friends.
Emily will no doubt try to reach Charlie to tell her
I suspect that season 2 will pick up immediately after the song in episode 8, where Charlie, Lucifer, and maybe Vaggie will be called to Heaven immediately to deal with the fallout from that. Remember Lucifer had deals too, so I wonder if they will confront him as well. Also if they saw Vaggie with her wings, they might need info from her too.
Perhaps Emily will arrange/organize a Meet & Greet type of event so other Winners and Heaven Born can be introduced to Sir Pentious in a safe space. As well as a way for new characters to make their official debut in the show.

I think sera is more shocked and maybe like - uh oh. Because she ordered the extermination assuming there were no evidence that a soul can be redeemed. I think she’s realizing she fucked up.

If i were wrote the story, then there would be two storylines. One is in heaven with Pentious settling in, Sera sabotaging Emily to communicate with hell, and in the end Emily defy Sera by taking Pentious back. The reason for bringing him back is two-fold. One is to reunite his old friends, and the other is to prove hell, that redemption is possible.
The other storyline would be in hell with Lilith returning, and sabotaging Charlie's hotel as much as possible while trying to convince her to do something else. "If redemption is impossible, then trying is a waste of time." Pentius, and Emily would see some scenes with that globe in Heaven, and that is why they would decide to go down to Hell.
The season finale would be Pentius, and Emily opening the hotel door, and Charlie, and Lilith would have a very similar scene as the current one. With Charlie smiling, and Lilith getting worried.
