I really can't handle much more of Conrad making it a point of how unacceptable subject matter of f'n pro wrestling from 30 years ago was to the uber sensitive society of toady that he obviously wants to make super clear he's a part of and is super virtuous and mimicks what he sees and the correct handling of such things by retroactively shaming anyone that would have been involved in it. First of all, it's f'n pro wrestling, not the highest brow of entertainment by the faintest of suggestion. Second of all, stop trying to get people to say their ashamed of things from the past just because current sensitivities have people acting as though they are offended usually by things they have no idea about. I love that people that haven't had parts of their life documented feel free to act freely as though they have always been the pinnacle if the current virtue signaling, knowing no one would know the better so they can feel superior as they shame everyone else for absolutely anything not politically correct. Please never go into history or these topics again. It's out of your depth. This show is veering into SJW cringe sometimes, more lately. JR really lays it on thick too. And if Bruce ever sings, at all, ever, shame him forever for that shit because he makes me wanna stab my ear lobes with the closest sharp objects. Tell him he's not funny, the only time he's funny is when he's not trying to and it's not because he's a funny guy. Used to love this podcast, leave the social commentary out for god sakes. It's everywhere else, that's why I listen to this shit in the first place, to listen to some light hearted shit I don't have to sit and analyze political maneuverings or read absolute garbage articles by ego inflated morons that know nothing about what they are writing about. Best interviewers by the way are a tool to extract info not a personality. That should be saved for elsewhere. Just my 2¢.
Please everyone thumb this man's comment up. "That didn't age well" you think people like him (Conrad) wake up every morning with a quota on how many times they're going to be offended?
Agreed. There's way too much bullshit about this or that being in bad/poor taste, and Conrad trying to bait Bruce into going on another boring Meltzer rant. Combined with all the ads, it just makes the shows a chore to get through. Conrad is the ultimate virtue-signaling fuckboy, and Bruce is a cranky, tired old broken record who's out of good stories to tell. Time to pull the plug on this show.
I couldn't have said it better myself. Conrad constantly on his high horse as if he is the greatest person who has ever lived and has always been on the right side of history with his woke politics, it's getting old. JR'S episode about Ron Simmons was disgraceful. It sounded like they pitied Ron for being black.
This has to be the worst video for STW ever. Bruce is highly intoxicated and Conrad just keeps on plugging him instead of letting a clearer head prevail. This is just purely awful and sounds like the ramblings of a drunk man.
It’s still hypocritical that Bruce Love slams these gimmicks (which is understandable) but will relentlessly defend the Red Rooster gimmick. Either he created it or had a serious hard on for Terry Taylor. Sorry Bruce Love but that gimmick falls in with the rest that were mentioned as failures
@@Thelast1leftNOW I never enjoyed Jim Ross' show because he's too negative about everything. All these shows are starting to tread-water. Hopefully the Kurt Angle Show can breath some new life into things.

Why did this get taken down the first time you uploaded it ?
"A career retrospective of Lars Sullivan" 🤣
I was listening to this live on Thursday night when it suddenly came up "video unavailable".
37:05 - talking about the finish of a rockers vs OE, that sunset flip finish was so deliberately stolen from Rock N Roll Express who used it many times in the 80’s but what do I know
So a grown man in a striped shirt and sailor hat going TOOT TOOT was crap, but a guy pretending to be a rooster was money?
Bruce just sounds ridiculous constantly defending the rooster gimmick and blames terry taylor all the time for not being game for it. Wtf wud be game for portraying a fkng rooster bruce?? Just call it as it was a fkng rib and shit idea.
1:15:05 The constant storyline of them declaring war in the middle of the PPV is one of the most unintentionally funny things ever. It's like the ultimate "first world problems" thing.
I imagine Sadaam is sitting at home watching Sgt. Slaughter win the WWF World Championship and suddenly this jabroni Bush announces he's gonna start dropping bombs on him.
I fu
Conrad chuggs Meltzers Ball Butter like Brucey Chuggs Vinces. This event is special to me,my first ppv I watched. For the rest of 91 until I stop caring in 2005 I was hooked.
PMSL- Stooge Prichard making fun of Dave Meltzer's physique. Prichard's physique caused him to have a heart attack.
that's not what he was doing at all. Meltzer works out, he took offense to Meltzer throwing it out there that Warrior was on steroids.
Did Bruce just wake up, or what? (Love you, Bruce).
He was awake; just highly intoxicated
HIGHLY intoxicated is right.
Is Bruce stoned here?
highly intoxicated on something. He is clearly fucked up on something.
Meltzer has clearly cycled.
Hey! My nose sounds like a horn when I blow it too. Take it easy Conrad!
What the hell was that scepter made out of that Macho rocked Warriors head with? Was it plastic?
It’s the Skype call for me 🤣🤦🏽♂️
plz be sober when u do the show Bruce
Calm your tits. He's fine Lmao
Take 2.
Sam Houston was in WWF starting from 1987 until 1991. IDK why Conrad and Bruce were talking like he was new there in 91.
I had no idea he was around in 1991. I don’t remember him doing anything in 1990.
TAG TEAM MAIN EVENT...
Bruce Prichard and Jim Cornette vs Dave Meltzer and Vince Russo!
Bruce is my Michael Scott and Dave Meltzer is Toby hahaha
Bruce sounds drunk at the beginning
Yeah, that was kind of a turn off to be honest
I could listen to the macho King and his shit all day long
Um.... well that was a bit awkward.
I noticed that too, like when a couple you know we're battling just before they showed up at your house. So there's underlying tension.
outlaw ron bass was pretty good in mid south and mid atlantic for the non WWF fan boys
This podcast was nearly unlistenable. Bruce obviously doesnt care about putting out quality product. Take this podcast out back
I THINK BRUCE IS POPPING PILLS AGAIN. HE DONT SOUND RIGHT
Well he does work 24 seven what do you expect if I were working 24 seven I fucking be on 🤷♂️pills to
You ain’t gotta get hot about it
I've been disappointed that i have heard the Corny, 'he's a fuckin heel" impersonation for the last several casts i listened to. The Corny Drop must appear in each podcast
They actually did do a Hogan-Quake blow-off. A tag-team match with Tugboat and Dino Bravo, respectfully. Hogans team won.
I always looked at this Royal Rumble match as the blow-off for Hogan/Quake.
@@D2Kprime he and Quake also did a series of stretcher matches around the horn in January and February that served as a sort of blow off.
Dont you disparage Tuggy!!!
Dont fug with the tug!!!

@@Bubba__Sawyer as if Conrad didn't bring up, and stay on the subject enough in the WrestleMania 7 episode. Hey hey let's talk about it more.
This has to be the worst video for STW ever. Bruce is highly intoxicated and Conrad just keeps on plugging him instead of letting a clearer head prevail. This is just purely awful and sounds like the ramblings of a drunk man.
I had to rage quit listening to this podcast. It seems like only half of the episodes are listenable at this point.
Havent listened in months to any of the shows
It’s still hypocritical that Bruce Love slams these gimmicks (which is understandable) but will relentlessly defend the Red Rooster gimmick. Either he created it or had a serious hard on for Terry Taylor. Sorry Bruce Love but that gimmick falls in with the rest that were mentioned as failures
Especially love any of these reviews from the early 90s particularly with The Big Bossman on the card
Stan Bass episode 🤣
Bruce has become intolerable. I find myself spending half the episode rolling my eyes and fast forwarding. Stww is the weak link of Conrad's lineup
Jr's show isn't much better haha. This show has clearly blown it's load
@@Thelast1leftNOW I never enjoyed Jim Ross' show because he's too negative about everything. All these shows are starting to tread-water. Hopefully the Kurt Angle Show can breath some new life into things.
@@Thelast1leftNOW JR has only so many stories that he can keep repeating. It's annoying.
@@D2Kprime I just want to hear good stories, about the times I was watching. It's few and far between now sadly
83 weeks is the weak link
And now I have to listen to this with ads. Cause they fucked up earlier. More than Bruce's hangover. Who booked this shit.
Omg i did the fkn mortgage test 😑
34:35 so if sam were jake , he would of been over? Seems like god knows what he’s doing....
Hilarious opening.
Awesome show as always. Ignore the haters. People are so impatient when the content they dropped we get for free is a bit delay. I thought this was a funny episode but Bruce and Conrad did a great job of dealing with a serious topic the War in 1991. I too thought that Ultimate Warrior would retain. Although Im not sure on how high Vince would have been to do Warrior vs Hogan 2 at Wrestlemania. I couldnt believe Brian Knobbs made it to the final 3 of that Royal Rumble.
I'm pretty sure Jusko does comic book work
Looking at his Instagram page @juskoart he does a lot of cover-art for comic books.
I love pissed off Bruce!
This show has well and truly run it's course.
cue someone complaining about how many ads are in the video, and then someone replying with a LIE that you can solve the problem by going to the end of the video and then hitting "replay" It doesn't work. Don't believe the B.S. or the many sock accounts that come on to this channel to get you to waste your time.
Nothing wrong with complaining about the 90000000 ads
@Vincent Verona lies
There's ads? Boy I enjoy #Vanced
I believe it was Wayne Emory who worked Kansas City with the Saddan Hussein gimmick. He was a bit of a dirt bag but he could fuckin go. Give you a good little match.
Bruce needs a nap
Adam Sandler was there?
GD pal!
Does conrad think they threw together a pay-per-view in 4 days and re wrote all the storyline to make sgt slaughter a hero? Hes pushing it... most pay per views are set 2 weeks ahead or more for promoting... Conrad's off on this one.
I wonder if Bruce and Vince thought about rays mom when they had him attack big at his father's funeral and drag his coffin lol,, or when they hung ray from the cage with a rope, or when they made ray feed al snow his little dog lmao.. If they would have maybe we wouldn't of had those horrible story lines
