Nobody could have guessed Aoyama would lead the heroes into the final battle.
“On your left”
Aoyama: "I was so scared, it wasn't just tears that came out..."
Deku: "Wait, you mean..."
Aoyama: "That's right! I can't stop tinkling!"
There is a reason why the first war was “Infinity War” and this second was is “”Endgame”. This reveal in the manga was AMAZING!
Honestly, that bit with Toga and Touya really moved me. Like, Touya saying he doesn’t feel anything anymore was a blatant lie on his part, otherwise he wouldn’t have tried to help her. There’s a sense of comradery among the villains that I can’t help but kinda respect in a weird way.
He may not feel pain but he does feel emotions (T_T)
Yeah that scene was one of my favorites from the arc it’s so good

I didn't even think of Monoma copying Kurogiri's warp gate, I just figured Aizawa and Present Mic got through to Oboro and brought him to the surface to take the driver's seat.
REALLY loved the covert flirting from Deku in this episode that moment was so sweet and how they care to just an endless extent for others. And you just know with how much care they have for others, that goes up by 10x for each other.
Watching this video in Japan this morning even though it came out in the afternoon in the US
I love the stuff with the villains in this show. So let's get into some analysis. First off, Dabi and Toga. Toga goes back to her old house and sees that her parents have left. Her house is full of vandalism or harsh messages. And Touya comes in to check on her. Now, Touya usually just calls Toga crazy and moves on about his day. But this is the first time he calls her by her name. And he burns down the house that brought her so many bad memories. Now, Dabi says he doesn't care about the League. That's what he says. But in my opinion, his actions speak louder than his words. He had already given Toga Twice's blood before the scene in this episode. So in actuality, him going to check on her and getting rid of the place that caused her torment was SOLELY to make her feel better. Together, they're going to make that sad parade march again.
Now, moving onto another villain pair: Spinner and Tomura. An interesting thing to note is that Tomura's hand was supposed to have missing fingers because of his face with Redestro. And super regeneration doesn't heal wounds obtained prior to getting the quirk. So Shigaraki should still have the red skin from his decay at the end of S5 and shouldn't have all of his fingers. Yet after battling Star and the quirk doomsday theory, he suddenly has all of the fingers on his hand back and the skin on his arm isn't red anymore. Though he seems to be in agony. Spinner originally joined for Stain. But he saw how Tomura was empty. Just like him. He saw how hard Tomura fought. He saw how he chased his dream. And Spinner eventually began to like Shigaraki. To the point that he wanted to follow him not out of admiration for Stain. But because he wanted to be by Shigaraki's side. But right now AFO is sticking around. So Spinner has to hope his friend is still in there. He's doing this all to help Shigaraki. Anyone can be someone's hero.
if you told me back on season 1 that aoyama will be the one leading the heroes to war against all for one, i would've pointed at you with full disrespect while laughing boisterously

*I agree with Uraraka if I’m being honest. I feel like if we really have to change hero society for the better, it’s best to start with people like Toga and Shigaraki, the people who were wronged by it.*

3:09 I think the scariest realization for me, is the last time we saw a sad man's parade, was when shiggy, in comparison to now, is incredibly weak. I couldn't imagine if they copied this version of him a million times over

Could be wrong, but Toga "having" Twice's Quirk technically means these could all be doubles...
Initially I thought we could have a Shinso situation where he uses his vocal chord modifier to impersonate the Aoyamas on the phone. I guess it could theoretically work still, though that would just be talking and no brainwashing.
Could be wrong, but I think back in season 5, he said he said it has to be direct, and that it wouldn't work through a phone.
I think the work around was based off the limited amount of information provided to the Aoyamas.
No technical lies, if they legitimately don't know, kinda thing.
That's precisely what I mean. Initially I thought of Shinso cuz they literally spotlight him at the end of the previous episode, but he mentioned his quirk not working over phones or intercoms and the likes back during his potential transfer test.
However! that wouldn't stop him from using his vocal chord support item to mimic voices. Hindering what the Aoyama family heard obviously is a factor as well, but the heroes would have to instruct the family on what to say (still possible). It's just odd to highlight Shinso and focus on Monoma stepping in.
@@Acatia2 He could indeed impersonate Aoyama's voice, but it'd have no point, since the whole purpose of brainwashing was to prevent any ill will from leaking. Using Aoyama's voice wouldn't erase the hostility towards AFO.
That's probably true. I'm just hopeful cuz we don't get enough of the guy.

Yeah why couldn’t they just do what the manga did (not that I’ve read it but still)
it wasn't bones(the studio), Japan hates the villains and Hori got a lot of backlash during the run of that arc in the manga, so the higher-ups made them rush through the arc to not to lose audience. ( Plus COVID also happened mid production so that didn't help either)

There were a lot of backlash when BONES cut and changed so much in S5, not to mention that doesn't explain why they rearranged the order of the arcs and ruined the flow, BONES also added some of the scene back in S6 because they knew they fucked up
But villains was the one good thing in season 5 the other shitty training arc was awful. Like really really I will go sleep instead of watching this bad.
