They used to play the movie quite frequently on TV when I was a kid and it was one that my family and I would always watch together (mom was/is a horror and King fan). This reading was phenomenal. The message is as true today as when it was written: the demons of our past never do quite leave us. Unless we get rid of them.
I am disheartened by the clulessness of so many commenters here. Things like "all the mistakes made me stop listening after 15 minutes" and such. You have my sympathies, my brother... you have done a good thing here. Stuff like this makes me understand why people turn off comments on their UA-cams... not sure how much more of living in this slack-jawed and drooling hellscape I can take, TBH.

You have a wonderful voice and read as well as anybody else doing this. I had to stop listening though because of the misread words. That pulls listeners out of the story. Everybody does it. Edit them out and this will be gold.
When I was in High School kids like these Left School after 10th Grade. It was a waste of time to get these kids in school. These Kids in this Story are same as Mt School in 1964 Benron High School in Arkansas, funnw a Crazy mand Burned the Junor high school down. I was most highest IQ kid in Arkansas in 1956. in 1969 I had Psychotic Breakdown spont 40 Years in State Hospital Pshophrenic Insane Asylum Schizophrenic

It is depressing, especially since the narrator is excellent. But as my dear dad would say, _Don't let the turkeys get you down._

Spooky HS horror tale! The narrator had a smooth, dark voice just perfect for this King story. If not already a professional, he should be!!
