There was a band playing this song on the town square the other day and my daughter of three initiated a circle pit … (no one joined in sadly) but this is what a driving beat can do.
I must add, it started with Jailhouse Rock.

They were classed as Punkabilly a fore runner to the later Psychobilly, they were never seen as Rockabilly by the UK Rockabillies of the late 70s, early 80s, we actually threw stones at them when they came to play Edinburgh Playhouse back in 81, our pub where we had Rockabilly nights the Greenside Inn was just next door to the playhouse, they were just a pop group on the New Wave scene and nothing else.
My hero's in the day when fighting and shagging was all the rage.....Pity I had to grow up and get married really!
