- Bringing my pigeon pet out for a walk. Listen to his cooing sound and watch more of my videos. I live in Singapore. My pigeon won't fly away because he doesn't like to. He likes to stick with me

LOL the other wild pigeons that were foraging were like, woaah hold on!! What the hell is wrong with that pigeon and all of them stopped what they were doing and looking at this pigeon lol

Why does your pigeon doesn't have a tag on his feet? :) it's better to put it on if u lose someone might find him .but yeah I do recommend putting a tag on him

I have a pigeon too! Is a girl. But she can't fly very good. I take she in a box when i take sge out, and when im alone and i dont see any dogs or cats, i let she out of the box, but she don't run away! But she love my dad more :< I rescute she. She has in a park, and i was cahcking pigeons. I see she next to a tree. I go to she, and she runned. I cath she and i give she water and food (bread, etc) and i haved another pigeon named Paco, he was a boy, but Coca dosen't liked him so i let him free, and i hope he is okay now!

Do you have something against nail trimming in general? You both need some.
(I'm not shaming but must feel uncomfortable on both your and your pigeon's feet)

The pigeon should keep his natural nails because they need them to grab on to whatever they land on. But for hygiene and for esthetic definitely the guy needs to clip his toe nails.

@@tyler8051 pet pigeons need a piece of rock to perch on, that way they'll naturally sand down their toenails. Still, it's not as much abrasion as a feral or wild pigeon receives over the course of a day, so trimming is necessary from time to time. Don't remove them of course, it helps them to grab onto things when perching. Just trim them down a little bit. Same with the beak actually, in the wild their beaks do get ground down slowly over time which prevents overgrowth of the tip.

A year ago I rescued a baby pigeon, and by now he is my companion. By now, not only that he has 10 nests, but he owns my house. He flies free inside of my home, and has several spots where he lands, for which he uses his toe nails. Not only for landing, but also for walking over sticks that I placed everywhere for his comfort. Please make please, please, please, don't you ever clip pigeons feathers, nor their toenails. They need them to express their joy as they fly, as they land, as they walk, or as they groom themselves.
