Hi Jim, I saw a video you talking about how people who got asylum in the US shouldn't go back to their home country, while that totally makes sense in most cases but what about if the conditions of the home country changes? I know people who had genuine threats from their home country but after 6 years things changed and he went back and came back to the US with no problems. Whats your thoughts on that? Thank you
Hi sir plzzz ans me .my husband applied I-130 in December2017 .all my case is approved now by NVC.alla fees and documents are approved.they send a mail in may 2020 that they will send interview letter soon.but due to covid 19 I m still waiting.no mail no letter till now.what should I ve to do now.i want to meet my husband soon .😔

Really hope the delays subside and they quicken up their work. Twelve to sixteen months is way too long
