I've seen Rammstein front row twice. The heat from the flames is insane. I thought i was going to melt. They even handed out stickers that said, "i survived front row of Rammstein." My proudest trophy. 10/10

Christoph “ Flake” Lorenz is the keyboardist and he likes to run around so they put him on a treadmill to stop him from getting burned all the time. The singer Till Lindemann is a certified pyrotechnic engineer. And yes they are singing in German
He got certified after one of there stunts went wrong.
Flake has always been my favorite.
I remember being 14 and seeing him crowd surf in an inflatable boat during the Live Aus Berlin show.
My late friend turned me on to Rammstein in 98 and they have been my favorite band since. Have yet to see them live, but hopefully I can see them in Philly in 2021.
I loved Flake in the bts video for "Ich hab keine Lust" : All band members dressed up in fat suits and skinny Flake goes: "I wish, I could be fat, too" But he wasn't allowed. He had to play a skinny guy in a wheelchair.
I think the whole Band are certified pyrotechnicians, or at the very least Flake, Till and Richard and probably Paul?

They are a German band, one of the rare international bands (non english speaking) to be huge for 20 years plus, worldwide.
They’re actually more popular in the states than they are in Germany

Rammstein was in the Vin Diesel Movie XXX. They performed Feuer Frei.
They actually weren't allowed to do their own pyrotechnics for their "concert" in that movie, and according to their interview, "some eyebrows were lost that day".

The pianist is "Flake" Lorenz; he was originally also the chief pyro technician, but all the band members are pyro technicians now

Great reaction! I saw Rammstein live in 2019, it was literally mindblowing! You're not the only one who want's to learn German after listening to Rammstein, over here where I live community colleges offer courses in "Rammstein German" and they usually fill up in no time!

It's the most drum-driven song they got (and it's their final "we're not Nazis"-statement, so it's actually important)

Christian or Flake on the keyboard has always been one of my low key favorite members. The man is just a joy to watch. I highly recommend looking up the translations to the lyrics. They can provide some great context to the stage show.

Another one of the reasons he is sweating.... those wings weigh 50kg as they are made of steel! This tends to be towards the end of the show too.

When I was young and didnt know much about music I didnt appreciate the art rammstein is putting out there, the older I get the more I understand and appreciate them, not to mention that they are one of the few german singing band not only getting international success but also making people not speaking the languege sing along and know the lyrcis to their songs, they are just amazing and inspiring, show them to you daugher/son and tell them their story, It weill motivate them!

also reason they got so much pyro in their shows is that 1 of the band members if a professional pyro-technician, one time at a consert the lead singer was shooting a flamethrower (gaspowered) over the audience

Also, I was at the Seattle show on this tour (or the tour right before, I forget which one it was) and it was honestly the best damn show I've ever seen in my life. I pulled up to the venue and they had about 6 of those semi-trucks they use to load up the gas stations, along with about 6-8 full semi-trucks for all the stage equipment. It was absolutely fucking insane, I was up in the bleachers and even I could feel the heat, absolutely insane show, 100% worth every penny.
Yes! I saw their show in Tampa and man.... they had a stage in the middle of the pit for a song or two and i was freaking out! Amazing

Having seen them live...Rammstein is probably one of THE most intense stage shows you will ever see. They are a must see band! No if's and buts about it. They had a stadium tour lined up for NA in 2020...But it's been moved to 2021. So check their tour listings for shows near you. I have my tickets. Def not going to miss seeing them again!
