I love this show. It's the last of It's kind,well written great comic timing, and really good directors especially Dorothy Lyman who is also damn good actor

How I interpreted it:
She means to say that she's 'sandwiched' by two idiots. Meaning there are two idiots besides her: one on the left side of her and the other on the right side of her.

@Kusuma Adiclf a mohel is someone in the Jewish faith (traditionally a male, although bibically a woman (moses's wife tzipporah) invented the practice of circumcision!) who is ordained to perform circumcision on babies. The joke is if a woman did it she would slice the whole thing off. Very dark and funny:) There's another Mohel joke in Mrs Doubtfire where Robin Williams says never accept gribenes (deep fried goose necks) from a mohel, they are always so chewy LOL there's tons of jewish/yiddish inside jokes in hollywood movies because lots of folks in hollywood come from Jewish backgrounds. hilariously fictional. I remember when I got called for jury duty the instruction was that you should wear dark coloured clothing and not anything colourful to make you stand out.
