According to the OPLAN5015, it will start with KOR-US Rangers(and other opec OPs). Striking Pyungyang and eliminate the NK leaders.
For myself, I've done for active and reserver army duty. Unless there is a total-mobilization order, here is evac plan. Well, there aren't much people with actual plan but my parents are kind of the prepper...
1. Retreat to designated "A" Area with minimum baggage.
2. Walk to pre-planned route to southern "B" Area and meet the family.
* Unlike the scenario, in 2018, NK cannot even cross the Han river... Seoul is too close the North Korea to nuke. If they start, Guam/Okinawa bases bombers will make the Pyungyang to the gravel parking lot. True LeMay style.

Use shift to queue commands like having your helos land as soon as they reach their location. Also try to make better use of those islands so the enemy can't use their superior range against you instead of eating shells all day.

In regards to nomenclature, Oliver - hazard Perry Is a frigate class warships, the US navy uses arleigh- Burke class destroyer currently.

Actually, the first Kongo class destroyer was commissioned in 1993 and this campaign takes place in 1992
So the game is inaccurate
You can shift click land to have your helicopters land after they get to their destination.
The Udaloy and the Sovremenny are both classed as DDGs or Guided Missle Destroyer. Just letting you know. Also apparently there are mods for Wargame Red Dragon, love for you to get some and play with the mods.
Only 13 Udaloy I and 1 Udaloy II was ever built and they are ASW platforms, their 8 missiles are similar to USN ASROC as they fire torpedoes and move A LOT slower than Harpoon or Penguin, where as the Sovrenenny carries 8 supersonic ASM missiles and there are only six left out of 20 total ever built

A lot of us ships have cwis raptor, the enterprise itself actually has cwis, and an Oliver hazard perry, and an Arleigh Burke, and a Ticonderoga, pretty much pick your ship and it’ll have cwis

Oliver Hazard Perry class Frigates are actually pretty terrible in Surface Warfare... Even in the 1970s and 1980s the Spruance Class Destroyer was the ship killer and then the Ticonderoga then the Arliegh Burkes. Then again, an OHP has 8 harpoons and limited Standard/Standard-2 capacity compaired to a Block II Ticonderoga or Arligh Burkes VLS capacity of over 130 Harpoon and Standards aboard and the larger and more effective 5 automatic cannon.
