Hello everyone, thank you for watching. If you like what I do, please support the channel by subscribing, 'pushing the bell' and liking the video - it helps a lot! 🙂
That TOE book looks to be a great resource for miniature gamers as well. I really like the detail this game goes to for the unit data cards. Gotta love that they take into consideration firing different ammunition. Now you are making me want to get out North Africa 41 to play it! That will have to wait till after Into the Woods and Von Manstein's Backhand Blow.
A lot in the box, after my check of the contents, lid would not go all the way down. Sorted later and just hoping all the counters, map additions will fit back in once punched. Excellent info and un boxing. Many thanks.
For me the best grand tactical game system. I play it on board, on Vassal (computer) and with miniatures. Its scale of 100 meters per hex allows for a MUCH broader view of the battlefield than most other tactical games. Fantastic rules and easy to play even with most advanced rules.
I haven’t played yet but so far I got all the vehicles, infantry, VP and turret markers clipped and organized in 2 trays. My guess is I’ll probably use the baggies for the remaining 2.5 sheets of status/orders markers vs a 3rd tray but where did you store the unit cards and the overlays? Right now I’ve got them in a shoe box b/c there’s no way I can see to fit everything back in the box.
Hey Rough, any thoughs when it comes to Panzer/ MBT vs L&L Tactical? I have Heroes In Defiance, and enjoy it well enough, but with the kinda cartoons hero counters and box art (picky, i know) it kinda makes me not take it seriously, if you know what i mean. Do you have a preference? Do they both scratch the same itch, or is there a big enough difference to make you swing one way or another? Thanks in advance for your rough thoughts!
Hi freaky. The two games are different and (for me) scratch two different itches! Panzer is of course concentrating on tanks and the advance rules for it allow you add those rules as you see fit. It is quite a crunchy game. LnL Tactical on the other hand is more squad orientated and though it has a big rule book is still very accessible. Don't let some graphics put you off - it is a very good game. I know it's not very helpful but I love them both. (Check out my playthrough of Panzer if you've not see it.)

I couldn't believe how much this weighed. 🙂 Great overview!
Thx for the unboxing! This is a wonderful continuation of the Panzer series, chock full of goodness!

Thanks for the video.
It'll be pricey, but I've gotta grab it.
Work your way through it and you wont be disappointed 😊
@@RoughSwordsmanWargamer I already own the rest of the series, so I simply have to get this one.

Any chance we can get an introductory play through like you did with Atlantic Chase?
Hi Gary, I've done a playthrough of Panzer on my channel - hope to do a one for North Africa as soon as I can.

@@RoughSwordsmanWargamer thanks for the reply! Thinking crunchy isn't what I am looking for right now, so you have been a great help!
Can you still close the box once the counters are unpunched ?
I'll let you know!! 😉
Please stop showing me games which I now want to buy. 🤑
