You really should look into putting together a cookbook and sell it. I would buy it and it would give you an additional income to help with what I'm sure isn't cheap when you are testing recipes. Looks really good. A must try. (When I roll out any sticky dough I put a tea towel under the parchment paper it helps keep paper from moving quite as much)

Love the idea! I’ve made this dish many times, to help with the sticky fall apart dough when rolling, add psyllium Powder (not husks) this will help with it binding and won’t add flavour but fibre we need... also adding nutritional yeast gives it that authentic pizza dough flavour! Thanks heaps for this idea!
This recipe looks really tasty and I know my husband would like it. I wonder if putting the cheese in between the meat layers would keep it from disappearing into the dough? Have you tried adding baking powder to see if it would puff up a bit?

Turned out beautiful Sarah. Fat Head dough though is not one of my favorite things. I've tried it several times with bagels which I preferred the coconut flour ones over the almond flour bagels. I've found a pizza dough recipe though that's not actually fat head but havent tried it yet. But who knows,,I may get brave and give this a try and see if I like the dough. Thanks!!

The mixtures can be interchangeable across to every dough form. The main difference is the shape of the dough of a calzone is that of a half moon, the stromboli”s rolled dough is the shape of a rectangle.
This looks very delicious, Sarah, and I will certainly pin it. I wonder if mixing some ricotta and mozzarella together would help keep it cheesy in the middle? I'm from NY and love a delicious calzone with mozzarella and ricotta. Just a thought to go with CJ's comment. 😊

Aldi has a 2 carb for half a cup of sauce. It's the bigger jar with a black lid, and it is very good sauce.

I Like it. I use a almond flour based crust to reduce the percent dairy. Also I got silicon sheets and they beat parchment paper by far.
I enjoy silicone for cooking for baking, but prefer parchment paper for rolling. Everyone is different 🤷🏻♀️

This is the chaffles recipe I make, I add the baking powder to make it more thick. Using my mini waffle maker makes this sooo easy.
