Lists, tires and tools -- can I get a witness, ha , one here! all of it is ON THE MONEY. Now you have me excited for next spring already to arrive. One thing to all fellow RV Peeps,, if you have the rubber roof protectant in gallon ,you have the best fluid at your disposal already to use on tires. It outperforms all the other shelf stuff for UV blocker and longevity. Shake pour into cup, brush it on or sponge, refill the spray bottle you have, can skip the conditioner. Thanks Ross for power packed and fun to watch content.
If you haven’t seen the Black Tank Masterclass video, watch it !! Exceptional. Rod, we’ve been doing the 5 gal bucket flush down the toilet since that video. We run the black tank flush three times, then do two 5 gal buckets of water down toilet. We get “stuff” out of the tank even after the black tank flushes when using the 5 gal bucket method afterward. Thank you for that tip my friend…!!!
I'd say its not accurate at all. Most people dont know that bleach should never be used in a black tank because it kills bacteria used to break down solid waste in treatment chemicals. They also may not know which chemicals to use, or want advice from someone who has used multiple treatments and want to get an opinion on which one works best. Nobody knows these things until they learn. People come to UA-cam to learn. Furthermore, if you don't like our videos, don't watch. Simple logic. Put on your big boy pants and move on to another channel. But if you're going to come here to insult me or my viewers you really need to come with some practical, scientific argument other than "if you need a video to take care of ur black tank you shouldn’t own a rv of any kind!" (your words exactly).
Keep a suitcase 1/4” 3/8” 1/“2 tool kit in your vehicle. Keep a bottle jack in your vehicle. Wood blocks , I use a handy tool called. Power probe. I full time so my tool collection is endless. Taps dies drill bits ratchets wrenches hammers drills 1/4” to 1” drive. I’m a mechanic and travel for work around the UNITED STATES 🇺🇸 I have 5 matching tires all the same size. Full size matching spare. It’s a good idea to leave tools in your rigs that you drive everyday. Digital tire gauge. Air compressor. Things that stay in your vehicle and camper. They don’t get taken out. When I have an issue arise I’m always relieved that I have the tools with me to resolve it. The cost adds up quick to your budget for enjoying your time out in your RV if you have to buy something to fix a problem. I like that you mention keeping wear items in your camper handy. Even during a pre trip inspection you can miss things. I watched your video on surfactant and liquid black tank treatment. I had to change my black tank valve today. What a pita!! My question to that is… why didn’t they install unions where the black tank and grey tank valves meet?? Or better yet behind the valves on the 3” pvc that comes out of the tank so the valve can and pipe can be removed , you can then disassemble your valve assembly, clean and re install your valve assembly properly 1 time with the gaskets installed right and then re connect your unions. I wish I had that done on mine. 2 unions would have made life a lot easier! THANK YOU FOR PRODUCING SUCH DETAILED AND QUALITY CONTENT! 😎
Thanks for the tips, I'm a newbie to the RV world but not to traveling. Twenty plus years in a big rig, Here's one you may have heard b4, keep some Walmart type bags near your front door if your in a muddy area slip them on your shoes, tie them up and dispose of like a pair of rubber gloves. Free goulashes!
We are new to RVying and have watched a geat number of videos. I will say, in our book, the quality of your videos is above most. Your content is well researched and developed and presented in a well articulated, succint and easy to understand manner. Thank you for all your hard work and we will be looking forward to your new posts.
Good tips, but I would caution about travelling with tools, or anything heavy or unnecessary in the cab of vehicle, they become projectiles in the event of an accident.
When parking your refit storage keep the tire off the ground. Not suspended in the air just on a board while your rv is parked. This was told to me by the tire dealer.
During hot weather I travel often with the roof vent open with no problem with outside smell inside the coach. We have a Geo Pro 19FBS with the vent at the rear of the rig and it comes with the Max Air vent cover, so perhaps that helps keep smells out of the rig. The biggest reason I do this is to help keep the temperature down in the rig.
One thing I purchased many years ago and used with my last 3 RVs and the current one is a carport sized for an RV. It’s amazing the protection it gives from the elements and when trading for a newer model, the dealerships were always amazed at the new like condition. I believe it’s the best RV investment I have ever made.
You mentioned using septic safe toilet paper, I found that if you look at the Rv toilet paper it says rapid dissolving and costs twice as much for fewer roles. There are a few brands that will say quick/ rapid dissolving and some also say septic safe. So I just look for rapid dissolving and/or septic safe and I’m good. One thing you NEVER want to do (even though is says that it is septic safe) is use/put the baby wipes in your black tank. Take it from me not a good idea even if it says so, cost me around 400 dollars to learn that one, when I first started rving, cause I had to have my blank tank vacuumed out
it sure is right? I love how they keep it updated, but only enough, it still fills like it did when I was a kid. We love it there, lots of good memories, good people and good food. My wife and I joke saying we want to live in one of those little cottages on the grounds.
Hi Ross ,just planning next year's trip ,found a camp site journal list in amozon ,wife will modify to adapt for our travel in 2023..will make up journal to get big picture when we travel then keep a binder and maybe a blog for family so we don't forget important site / hwys/ people on 2023 trip. Maybe get that checklist/ journal made up...your Canadian fans Randy and Judy can't wait for R&J adventures in Big Ben 2023.
Really good video on tips and tricks. Your videos have a great style and flow without a lot of the useless chit chat of many. They are helping me prepare for next journeys in my second travel trailer. One note on the segment on the particle filter near the water pump, be sure to get any water out of it before freezing temps. I blow the water out of my system and learned the hard way when water froze there and cracked the plastic cover. . And you can't just buy the cap Cheers.
The information you present in this video is great. Well edited, perfect pace, great lighting, and well spoken. There’s maybe 2 other RV channels that put this much time into making a video. Well done Ross. Curious, how many hours does a video like this take to make?
Had not considered the issue that could result if I leave the jacks deployed and the tire deflates. Off to the storage lot tomorrow to retract them! Thanks for the suggestion!
I don’t care how many subscribers these big UA-cam channels have, I’d venture to guess none of them are spending as much time as Ross does on making these excellent and informational videos.
GREAT IDEA - keep lists on phone. I love "Evernote" for any/ALL lists, things to remember, web links, account user names & passwords, research projects, etc... etc...
Have you posted you check off lists anywhere? If not, would you share them? Your videos are very helpful...heading out on our first trip in our travel in a month and there is so much to learn!
What you really want to get is a bidet. cut the pex line to your toiilet.. insert a T. Then put a bidet on your RV toilet. use more water but your black tank will have about ZERO toilet paper in it. I did it within 2 weeks of owning my first camper. I regret nothing. Yes it fits on the standard toilet KZ puts in all their campers. I should make a video. None of them were perfect and it was simple to do once I figured out Pex tubing and how neat that stuff is. Always having a squeaky clean clinker while camping? that is awesome too.
Great video, thanks. I’ve been thinking about that a”Check List”, nice to see you mentioned it. Toilet paper information was very valuable, weight sway video now, looks interesting.
I solved the RV toilet paper issue by purchasing a separate small TP trash can. Wife thought it was such a great idea she purchased one immediately. We take it out every other day with the other trash.
Thank you Ross Truly appreciate your videos. Well edited precise to the point Entering Year 2 of our camping adventures. Love to hear how the new to you truck is doing…maybe an update in a few months? Blessings to you and your family Pete
Thanks Pete, I appreciate the kind words and that you take the time to let me know you enjoy our content. I'm excited to see how this tows but yes, I will be doing a video on the truck eventually.
I use dollar store strong and soft pack of 4 TP that is septic safe for home and RV. I clean my water pump filter every year when I'm winterizing since I'm there anyway. I also use a faucet filter which saves me a ton of money and weight from carrying bottled water, again I use at home also. Thanks for your tips!
I keep a Power Point Program of the different ideas and suggestions. I then have a note book broken down by subject so I can fined it easily. I also printed out pages from manuals that pertain to our camper and put them in that note book. That way both my wife and I have access to the info.
Excellent tips Ross! Always Always enjoy your videos, true experience is always the best advice anyone can give! Thank you very much and good to see you again 😀 😊 😉.
Hello, my 2008 Sunnybrook fifth wheel, 33ckts, has ball 7500 pound scissor jacks. They are not the lighter stabilizer jacks that companies have gone to in recent years. In my way of thinking, I like to have these heavy duty jacks down while my RV is in storage, in order to take the stress off of the frame. is my way of thinking correct? Or should I not even have these heavy stabilizer jacks engaged while my RV is in storage? Furthermore, the old Sunnybrook fifth wheels, we’re not built on I-Beams. They were built on a triple stacked 16 inch box frame under the main carriage of the fifth wheel. I have been pulling this fifth wheel since we purchased it new, in 2008, but I still pick up a tip now and then from your videos. Keep up the good work.
I think that you're way of thinking is good, and remember there is no negative affect of having the stablizers down at any point in time. I would however assume the weight of the trailer on the frame should be fine, especially while not moving. Considering these are meant to travel on horrible roads, the stress on the frame comes when you're driving, not parked. the only reason i mention this is in case of a tire losing air, then you are putting additional stress on the jacks. thanks for watching and commenting my friend.
Our house has a septic system. In order to not fill it up we don't put paper in it. We have a small trash can with a liner that we empty every few days. I do the same in my camper. NO paper goes into my black tank. I empty my main trash no less than every other day. Same with the bathroom trash can. No order problems and so far no black tank problems.
Is this the new camera? If so it looks great! I just cleaned my pump filter after watching this. Didn’t even know it was there and it was a mess. Thanks for your videos!
Ross! Great videos. I was just gifted a very nice travel trailer and am excited to use it this coming season. (Upgraded from a pop-up I bought 5-6 years ago) I took so many notes from a few of your videos that you have produced. It is also cool to see that you are from the great north east......I may see you in passing at park your shirt is advertising. Happy RV'ing and keep up the great and informative work in your videos.
Ross can you do a video about vinyl that peels away from the foam board behind it on ceilings? My RV was stored in Phoenix at one time and the adhesive between the vinyl and the foam board has failed…. My RV is a 2003 wilderness Any advise for fixes?
do you make your rv “to do” lists available. Just retired and just bought our first trailer. would appreciate seeing your to do lists if you share. thanks!
Another great video. What are your thoughts on the surface tires are in when storing. For example grass, dirt, gravel, concrete, plastic blocks etc. Many thanks
great question... I am actually going to create a tire care video next year, but I really need to talk to a few tire experts before I even think about filming. However, from what I've heard thus far, they should be kept on a firm, dry surface. Youll notice in the video they are on wooden blocks off the grass. My last set of tires lasted 5 years, and I only replaced them because of the age. Nothing was wrong with them as they only had 6000 miles on them. Stay tuned, in the meantime when I find a tire expert that I trust I will let you know.
I enjoy listening to what you have to say in your videos because THEY MAKE SENSE. I agree SEPTIC toilet paper works great. Also, I always learn a tidbit from you ..... will try the 303 protectant. Keep doing what you do and thanks again. EJ in LA.
you can either flip the fan upside down, or some 12 volt fans will work on reverse polarity, meaning you can switch the 2 wires around and it will spin the other direction. i dont know if this is possible on your fan though.
Once again , info is a good thing. Thanks for the tips on spraying my rubber seals on my RV. I would not have thought of that. If we don't have the product 303 to use is there something else that is comparable? Thanks again and keep up the great videos.
Would you ever consider sharing your lists and their contents? Of course adding in all the caveats that this info might not be the same for everyone, but still, for a complete newbie like me it would give me a HUGE jump start!
@@RVTIPSANDTRAVELS 4 months later - what pops up in my subscription feed today?! Gonna go watch the video now, but wanted to say thank you so much, you are a man of your word!!!
Don't mix different black tank chemicals together at the same time or during the same "fill". When I did this one must have neutralized the other and what an aroma. Only after a good black tank flush, startup a new brand if necessary.
Great video Ross! I always love your content but I especially enjoy these tips videos you do. I feel I have a solid knowledge of RV’s and I still always come away with a new pearl after watching. New camera looks great! Hope you and the family had a great Thanksgiving!
I have two 2000 dollars Heiki vents so covering my trailer is not an option. And I am like you. I am in and out often. Even sleep in it about every third weekend. Even in winter. I do this for several reasons. I want to know if I have a rodent. I want to use the bed as much as possible to stay used to it. And I want to know if the heater is working and functioning correctly. Before I get out and find it doesn't.
@@RVTIPSANDTRAVELS until you have to fix or replace them. I have one in the bedroom and one over the dinnette. On a cool summer night you get so much air flow. The plusses definitely outweigh the negatives. They have screens and blinds. Nice units. But the price doesn't reflect quality.
Great stuff. Are you willing to share your check lists? Your content is so spot-on and you are so well prepared. I'm sure everyone would appreciate a good guideline for the multiple" check lists" you have,
There are lots of videos out there. I'd say virtually every single one is well intentioned. Further, Id say that most of them contain nuggets of good information. I'm constantly trolling RV videos in an ongoing search for things I didn't previously know. While "Proper" maintenance will save you money in the long run and preserve the useful life of your RV, the question for me is; what is "Proper" maintenance. I have traveled the path from new RV'er to seasoned RV'er over 8 years. I don't know it all. I won't claim that even on my death bed. But one dosen't do anything for 8 years and not learn anything. For me, "Proper" maintenance includes finding some sort of balance. Early on, I tried to apply all of these "Tips and Tricks" I see in these videos. One could endlessly spend time and significant sums of money niggeling with their RV. RVing isn't cheap under the best of conditions. But one can spend gobs of money "Protecting" their RV. Early on, I found myself asking when do we actually get to ENJOY the damn thing? There is an idea of diminishing returns. I'll give you one example. One "Should" wash at a bare minimum, the roof once a year and apply a TPO protectant, not to mention check the roof sealant. I did that. The first year I washed my roof 4 times in 6 months. And then I realized, for all the "Good" it was doing me, I could wash the roof every time the RV leaves the driveway. Washing the roof is not easy, and even though it's a "Walkable" roof, I cringe every single time I put my 300 lbs on the roof. And that protectant stuff you're supposed to put on once a year? That stuff is EXSPENSIVE. After the first two years, I do a quick a quick clean up on the roof once a year. I don't scrub it. I clean it up. Spend maybe ten minutes tops. As far as the sealant goes, Every other year I pay the shop to check the roof and other various wear parts and have them do maintenance if they find anything sketchy. I have them do the protectant stuff every third year. Why am I making this long post. I could write a book on RV maintenance. A lot of this stuff is going to depend heavily on your personal circumstances and how much the RV gets used. Some should do more, some could get away with doing a lot less. The point is this. There are lots of videos telling you what you should do. I have yet to run into one that will tell you that you can overkill the whole maintenance thing. Much like the roof of my camper, You don't need to wash the roof every time you take it out or spend hundreds of dollars each year on protectants. I pay to store my RV 6 months of the year in a weather tight building. I think keeping the snow and Ice and wind and sun off it 6 months of the year is worth more than spending hours of labor and hundreds of dollars applying protectant to the roof. One MUST do maintenance of some kind. But one dosen't have to overkill everything. There is power in knowledge. I think people do a lot of overkill because they are scared of what they don't really know or understand. Some RV's need more PM than others. Low end RVs tend to be made with cheaper materials. Think the rubber seals in a low end RV slide are exactly the same as the seals used in mid and high end RVs? lots of people would say yes they are. All I can tell you is that my experience has been that my 8 year old RV seals are still good and I only put protectant on them once a year. I've seen the seals on lower end RV's disintegrate in a couple years. One has to tailor the PM regimen to the RV they have and to the circumstances. Do you store your RV outside year round? Do you live in Arizona or in Alaska? If you make RVing a Job, you're not going to have a lot of fun. In my opinion, you don't need seventy five lists. On a small Imagine 2150RB, the winterization process is as basic as it gets. Open the plug on the HWH. Open the low point plugs. Flip valves. Run some compressed air through the exterior water inlets/outlets. Plug low point drains. Run in antifreeze through all faucets. Done. Don't make a mountain out of a mole hill. My advice is to learn learn learn learn learn. Arm yourself with information. Arm yourself with all the information you can get. 8 years into our RV life, I'm still consuming information from videos and forums. And I'll be doing so 8 years from now. The more you understand about the fine details of how your RV is constructed, the better at maintenance you will get. And remember, you don't have to do ALL the maintenance yourself. It's worth it to pay a shop to do some of it. I personally think putting 300 lbs on my 2150RBs roof is harder on it than anything else. I budget about 600 dollars a year to spend at the Dealership for maintenance. I do a lot on 3 year rotations. Packing the bearings. Checking the breaks. Basic and extended roof maintenance. The stuff that's not pleasant, and takes up my time. Other things like slide seals and winterizing, I do myself. Lists can be useful. But my suggestion is to keep it simple. We always do a walk around before leaving the driveway or the campground. But I have a five point list I keep on the dash to remind me of the things we tend to over look when we are not paying full attention. Stabilizers up. Vents and windows closed. Chains, hitch pin, whip all connected. Doors closed and secured. Overlooking any of these things when you are not paying full attention can lead to particularly bad experiences. So I have one five point list placed in a spot where I can't miss it. And when I see it, it triggers me to make certain I've done those things. If you have 34 lists on your phone. I submit you're doing it wrong. Just my two cent rant.
We DO make lists. Would be glad to pay to benefit from your expertise and experience. Please consider selling your "phone lists' as *.pdf downloads! I'll be first in line.

Thanks Jim, I am defintely getting the bulk order next time. I appreciate the support and the comment!
Tools in the tow vehicle - great tip, and one that many of us don't think about.
Brad, I’ll admit it’s something I didn’t think about for my first 2 years! Lol.
Thanks Mikey, appreciate your support as always. here is a link in case you havent seen it. ua-cam.com/video/mmrrOb4sOb8/v-deo.html
If you need a video to take care of ur black tank you shouldn’t own a rv of any kind!
Everyone’s a beginner at one point.
@@RVTIPSANDTRAVELS oh I get that but statement is still accurate!
thanks for all the info and adding to the video my friend!
Thanks for sharing Jack!
Great work! Pleased to see my weight-sharing message getting out. Well done on a fantastic channel!
Your video is spot on. Glad Ross shared it.
Thanks for making such a thorough video Robert!
We are new to RVying and have watched a geat number of videos. I will say, in our book, the quality of your videos is above most. Your content is well researched and developed and presented in a well articulated, succint and easy to understand manner. Thank you for all your hard work and we will be looking forward to your new posts.
Really appreciate that and glad you notice the time we put into them!
Good tips, but I would caution about travelling with tools, or anything heavy or unnecessary in the cab of vehicle, they become projectiles in the event of an accident.
I agree, all our tools are in bags or bins, strapped in under the back seat.
Randy, I couldnt agree more. Really wanted to get one for the rig too.
I absolutely agree with you on the toilet paper. I use the same paper we use at home. Rinsing your tank when you empty does more to prevent issues.
Take it from me not a good idea even if it says so, cost me around 400 dollars to learn that one, when I first started rving, cause I had to have my blank tank vacuumed out
Your channel has been the most beneficial for me out of anything I've seen so far as a new travel trailer owner. Thank you!!
Glad to help, thanks for watching and commenting.
In addition to me, how many of you ran outside tonight to raise your jacks? 🤣🤣🤣 great stuff Ross.
🤣🤣🤣
Love the Knoebels sweatshirt. It's such a great place
it sure is right?
Nice. We can’t wait for next year either. Safe travels Randy!
Thank you!
The information you present in this video is great. Well edited, perfect pace, great lighting, and well spoken. There’s maybe 2 other RV channels that put this much time into making a video. Well done Ross. Curious, how many hours does a video like this take to make?
Glad you enjoyed it. This video took about 35 hours to film and edit.
@@RVTIPSANDTRAVELS 😳 Thank You for your hard work!
Hope it helped!
Knoebels!!! My man 🤙🏼 I visited a few times a year until I was about 20
been going there all my life. where'd you grow up?
I go there from Altoona, personally. About 3 hours maybe.
Had not considered the issue that could result if I leave the jacks deployed and the tire deflates. Off to the storage lot tomorrow to retract them! Thanks for the suggestion!
Haha, no problem!
I don’t care how many subscribers these big UA-cam channels have, I’d venture to guess none of them are spending as much time as Ross does on making these excellent and informational videos.
Thank you Brian, there is a lot of time spent that is for sure.
GREAT IDEA - keep lists on phone.
I love "Evernote" for any/ALL lists, things to remember, web links, account user names & passwords, research projects, etc... etc...
us too, a little OCD but it leaves less chance of forgetting something.
@@RVTIPSANDTRAVELS Thanks for all the amazing videos ! Is there a place where we can find all your different lists (name and what’s in the list)?
Awesome. Subscribed
Awesome, thank you!
Have you posted you check off lists anywhere? If not, would you share them? Your videos are very helpful...heading out on our first trip in our travel in a month and there is so much to learn!
A new set up checklist video is being released tomorrow!
Good tips. I leave my stabilizers up mainly because I see too many people forget they are down and tear them off
Saw a guy parking his trailer with his steps down this year 😣
What you really want to get is a bidet. cut the pex line to your toiilet.. Always having a squeaky clean clinker while camping? that is awesome too.
thanks for the comment, John!
Hi Ross, great content as always! I have been RVing for 19 years now and I always learn something from watching your videos. 👍

Great video, thanks. I’ve been thinking about that a”Check List”, nice to see you mentioned it. Toilet paper information was very valuable, weight sway video now, looks interesting.
Glad it was helpful!!
I solved the RV toilet paper issue by purchasing a separate small TP trash can. Wife thought it was such a great idea she purchased one immediately.
We take it out every other day with the other trash.
thanks for watching
Microsoft ToDo app is great for your lists. Use numbers to start task descriptions and sort alphabetically.

Thanks Pete, I appreciate the kind words and that you take the time to let me know you enjoy our content. I'm excited to see how this tows but yes, I will be doing a video on the truck eventually.
Great videos. Any chance you can post your checklists on maintenance and others?
We released a set up and tear down checklist video recently that you’ll find on our playlist page. Working on the maintenance video.
I cant tell you how much information I have learned from this channel, definitely my go to! Thanks for all the great information!
Thanks for the comment and glad to have you here!
I'm wondering if you have a way to share your list with us. I'm new to RVing and would love a comprehensive list to utilize. Thanks!
we have videos that go into different processes that have downloadable lists in the description. check out our videos on our channel for more!
Great video. Thanks
Thank you for watching!
Using shower fan. In winter that tends to suck all the heat out of camper. Do you recommend a dehumidifier instead in those conditions?
Dehumidifiers would be a great option instead of the fan! Great question!
I use dollar store strong and soft pack of 4 TP that is septic safe for home and RV. I clean my water pump filter every year when I'm winterizing since I'm there anyway. I also use a faucet filter which saves me a ton of money and weight from carrying bottled water, again I use at home also. Thanks for your tips!
thanks for the comment Bert.
Thanks! Subscribed! We had a 2600RB before moving to a Class C! And I used 303 on everything!
excellent stuff!
I keep a Power Point Program of the different ideas and suggestions. I then have a note book broken down by subject so I can fined it easily. I also printed out pages from manuals that pertain to our camper and put them in that note book. That way both my wife and I have access to the info.

Good stuff!
thanks again Jon!
GREAT Video and VERY, very impressed with your info!!!
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for the comment Steve
Our house has a septic system. In order to not fill it up we don't put paper in it. We have a small trash can with a liner that we empty every few days. I do the same in my camper. NO paper goes into my black tank. I empty my main trash no less than every other day. Same with the bathroom trash can. No order problems and so far no black tank problems.
Grose and unsanitary
how are you disposing of the toilet paper? in the regular trash?
very unsanitary, and illegal is most states to put human waste into the trash.
Is this the new camera? If so it looks great! I just cleaned my pump filter after watching this. Didn’t even know it was there and it was a mess. Thanks for your videos!
Yes it is!
Thank you William!!!
This I love to watch bro. I do really love to have RV someday if I'll be successful on this platform.
Great video! During our camper rebuild, we are trying to redo everything...so it's simple. So to keep camping fun.
Good luck with the remodel!
Great knowledge! Always learning something I am.
Glad to hear it!
We are stationary. How often should we apply the tire protectant?
Depends on how much sunlight you get and what the bottle says. To be safe, I’d say once or twice every 3 months.
As always, Nice job. Thanks for making my life easier.
Thanks for commenting Hank.
Ross can you do a video about vinyl that peels away from the foam board behind it on ceilings?

My RV is a 2003 wilderness
Any advise for fixes?

Brilliant.
I enjoy listening to what you have to say in your videos because THEY MAKE SENSE. I agree SEPTIC toilet paper works great. Also, I always learn a tidbit from you ..... will try the 303 protectant. Keep doing what you do and thanks again. EJ in LA.
Thank you so much!
I got a 2022 forest river gray wolf my bathroom fan pulls air in should it pulling out if so what should I do
you can either flip the fan upside down, or some 12 volt fans will work on reverse polarity, meaning you can switch the 2 wires around and it will spin the other direction. i dont know if this is possible on your fan though.
Great video and information
Glad it was helpful!
Where is the link to that Trailer Sway video ?
Down in the video description.
Crushing it once again.
Thanks Ty!
Once again , info is a good thing. Thanks for the tips on spraying my rubber seals on my RV. I would not have thought of that. If we don't have the product 303 to use is there something else that is comparable? Thanks again and keep up the great videos.
Any rubber seal or tire protectant is better than nothing.
Would you ever consider sharing your lists and their contents? Of course adding in all the caveats that this info might not be the same for everyone, but still, for a complete newbie like me it would give me a HUGE jump start!
that video is coming in the spring, hang tight.
@@RVTIPSANDTRAVELS 4 months later - what pops up in my subscription feed today?! Gonna go watch the video now, but wanted to say thank you so much, you are a man of your word!!!
Can you use 303 on the seals on the roof? Will that protect them from wear?
What seals are you asking about? The self leveling lap sealant?
Don't mix different black tank chemicals together at the same time or during the same "fill". When I did this one must have neutralized the other and what an aroma. Only after a good black tank flush, startup a new brand if necessary.
great point, thanks for adding Michael.
Some good advice.
appreciate you always watching and commenting Tim. 🍻

@@RVTIPSANDTRAVELS It was! You know me too well. 😂 Have to spend some time in the editing chair but should be an exciting video.
Thanks for sharing!
@@RVTIPSANDTRAVELS Thank you for the informative videos.
those vents are awesome!
What about just using A Badia Toliet seat, it washes up no Toliet paper required.
definitely an option!

Likewise! I've been here, have you been away from UA-cam?
I believe it’s algorithm. Your channel is great, keep up the content. Have a safe & sane holiday season.
Thanks Glo you also!
Avoid petroleum based products to clean/shine/protect tires or rubber in general. They'll dry out and lead to cracking.
Can you add your lists on your phone?
I’m going to release a list video this spring hang tight!
Great stuff. Are you willing to share your check lists? Your content is so spot-on and you are so well prepared. I'm sure everyone would appreciate a good guideline for the multiple" check lists" you have,
David, hang tight, I'll be releasing a checklist video this spring.
Thanks for commenting!
Common sense prevails.
We DO make lists. Would be glad to pay to benefit from your expertise and experience. Please consider selling your "phone lists' as *.pdf downloads! I'll be first in line.
