Louis Vuitton's quality control hasn't been great in recent years, that indent is truly unacceptable...I'm glad you returned it and I hope you're enjoying a brand new bag!

I had the same problem with my first bag , I returned it and repurchase another one ( luckily there was another one available ) ! How ever , when I received my second one . Same visible indentation problem! I was so disappointed 😞 . I just decided to return it and not even bother trying for a third time . I absolutely love this limited edition bag . When I returned the second bag , I was asked by the manager if I had received it with a foam in between the handle and leather . At that point, I realized It’s the poor packaging !!! I’m curious to know what your outcome was ???
Oh no! I’m sorry about your experience on it. I agree, It is a beautiful bag! I was wondering the same thing what have caused it. I’m thinking it was indented before it shipped because the handle didn’t lay right on the indention. So I don’t think they checked before sending it. I decided to just return it and get another bag from my wishlist. Because if it easily was indented before I used it, I’m afraid what it would look like when I do. 😕

I love the color of the vernis leather with the monogram canvas.. Was wondering if you were able to exchange the bag, the dent is really noticeable. 😔

I purchased the Alma bb in DE and I returned it for the same indent.. I was highly disappointed. I let it sit in my closet for 1 day and took it back the next 😟I am going to see if the empreinte (spelling?) does the same
That’s a bummer. 🙁 the empriente pochette Métis I have, I haven’t had a problem with indention so hopefully you get a nice one.

Hi! I actually had to return the bag since I couldn’t get over the issue that it can wear so easily. 😔 but before you sell yours try it out first and hopefully you’ll fall in love with it. But if you don’t, you can always sell.

I got one of these as a gift from my ex and now that the relationship is over I want to sell it.
Is the indentation where the inside pocket is sewn? Try putting your items in your bag and see if the indentation is still there.

That’s a good idea. But there was an actual mark on where the indention was so I think it was made from the outside as opposed to the pocket. I returned it and decided to get another bag that was on my wishlist. 😊

If you stuff the alma, that slight dent you noticed, will cease to exist.
