This is cool... I am a Long Island resident and we are enjoying the run in all its glory, however come late December when we are mourning the fish, I always like to make 1 "last hoorah" trip from LI out to Jersey for a final session before packing up the gear. Without burning spots, you offered a few hints for a non local to give a whirl. I'm 25 years in the game and far from a Googan, so this video is very much appreciated. Have to agree with your commentary at the end, the fishing is tricky right now, the night bite switched over to a mid morning bite so 1am night ninja sessions and first light sunrise sessions before work are very hit or miss. Yet, if somehow you are around at 1pm full sun, all of a sudden the birds start working and the bite turns on. That can change back to night at any moment. Hey... it's fishing!
@@arsfishing Since I've fished out here for 20 years, when you say "spring" and "under a bridge" I'm pretty sure we rock the same spots. I follow them West to East then back down East to West but not to NJ. Now that I have a truck, I can fish a last hoorah in Dec\Jan and sleep it off before the drive back home.
Great meeting you and the crew out there! Still can’t believe how much of a struggle it was that afternoon. Hopefully I’ll see you guys out there again this fall with a different outcome. And thanks for the shout out!
@@joshg5269 - Here a fishing tip for you there Spanky: It’s the Fall Migration. The Bass are anywhere from Sandy Hook to Island Beach and it depends on where the bait is. 🫵🏻 Here is another one: Every single beach from Sandy Hook to Island Beach and beyond has multiple perfect spots where you will absolutely kill it, if you know what you were doing. If you actually knew how to fish, you would realize how utterly ridiculous that statement is, but thanks for the laugh! 😂🤦🏻♂️

Glad I could help! Hit me up a few days before you come to Jersey. I can give you a few general areas to hit.
@@jasonwilk5539 Catch 'em up Jason!!!.. Make sure you are out there on the next moons at night... big girls are headed your way!
I can assist as well
Also, I go to LI in the spring more, have one spot I LOVE. Spent many 1am-8am shifts under a bridge

Here’s my question. Why do you keep burning every bite and spot you wanna be digital creator. Give it up
