also one last thing never put a 1 on the blank edge thickness line. it will never cut most likely because the spindle error will kick in first. If it by passes and tries to cut it will damage the blade and the lens inserted. a minimum value for that is 8 depending on the edge thickness of the lens.
Also your trying to cut a lap but you have a lens block in the chuck instead of a lap master block, which has magnets at each corner and the lap sensor can't tell a lens block is in the chuck it can only tell a lap master block is in because of the magnets in the corners. If you changed it to try and cut a lens instead of a lap it might work, good luck!
He has a base curve that is higher than the cross curve so it is trying to cut a tool. He doesn't have the lap master block like you said so it will not start cutting.
it might be your brushes. Unless is a brushless motor. (if its an sgx plus that is) I also think is the data that you entered. It is probably maxed out right before it starts it will give you that error. It might also be the speed control board. Hope my suggestions get you somewhere.
Make sure your door sensor and the cutter guard sensor is working but also set to the correct specs. I see your cutter guard and door open and close properly but if the sensor isn't working or set close enough that can cause this also.
You cross curve is lower then your base curve. That is why you get the transposed message. Have the same or higher cross curve number and try again.
