Bought the compact today to put in my wife's car. Her tires carry 35 lbs and I lowered one to 15 lbs to test. The compact took it back to 35 lbs in 3 minutes 37 seconds. I'm very happy with that plus space in her trunk is at a premium. Love Ryobi, have 27 tools for home and work. I'm a plumbing contractor, Ryobi has never let me down
I am considering the smaller one as an option as well. I like to have a tire inflator with me, especially when I travel, and space in my vehicle is at a premium as well. I have had a few punctures over the years, and one of these little inflators allowed me to inflate a tire that had a small leak so that I could safely, and easily, drive to a tire shop to have it repaired. Much better than messing around with a spare.
Since you mentioned it, a better test would have also included both a car and a truck tire. But, I assume that might be content for another video. Lastly, just my opinion, both inflators probably have the same pumps for the "high pressure" 160psi rating. Maybe another video, disassemble them to compare.
For the price totally recommend. Works great for my car in MN winters. Pretty fast and noise not really bothersome. Gets up to 35PSI(and could go higher) easily on my sedan.
Nice comparison. I'm surprised the bigger was not faster. I'm still more inclined to the bigger one. I hate the tire valve connector on the smaller air pump!
When you do a review, you do a review.Like how you demonstrate how the product works and its effectiveness.I subscribed.BTW I’m ordering the larger unit due to the multi purpose, the quick connect adaptor and the still smallish size. Thanks Brent.👍
I don't care what psi it's rated for. No way are you filling a 29 psi car tire up with the weight of the car on top of it.. Just for the hell of it I'm going to go to Home Depot and buy one knowing that I can bring it back

Great video. Would love to see a comparison on the truck up to 50 psi to see if there is really a difference at higher pressures.
I purchased the small one; which it worked well for my tires on my car to maintain 32 psi!
I’d buy the larger one. In the end, my Milwaukee M18 is the best. I own both families of tools.

So can the larger one also deflate tires to a Specific psi? Or only air mattresses?
I bought the more expensive one and it literally is arriving today. 😎
Thank you ! This is the comparison I’ve been looking for.

A bit hard to tell from the video.did you turn off the compressor when it hit the desired psi or did it turn off automatically?
need for travel trailer 65 psi tire will the small one to the job?
Have you tried the needle attachment on a basketball?
Thanks for the video. The connector on the smaller unit is a dealbreaker for me. I’d prefer the brass twister found on the P747.
I saw this and had to get it i was lucky they had one left..😊

88 db vs 87
Nobody is buying small inflator like this for truck tires come on! Video is waste of time...
Yep. I have 35 on my bronco and 33 on my jeep .I need a mushroom compressor to fill those
