Do 5 overtakes in a single Drift - The best way I found out how to do this is by powering up your boost at the start of the race by tapping the accelerator (RT) each time the screen goes black at the start of the race. Once the race starts, move right and hold LT to drift and boost past your opponents. Took me a couple of attempts to complete.
