Aqara Ceiling Light T1M Review

The Aqara T1M Ceiling Light features a main light and a ring light round the edge of the unit. The T1M ceiling light is wired directly into the main lighting Circuit. It works well with the Aqara app, homeKit, Alexa and a whole host of other smart home platforms. You can tie it into automations as when the door opens flash the outside ring a certain colour, or if someone falls and you have paid it with an FP2 sensor, then you can have the light flash red as an alert to let someone know there is a problem. It is an amazing addition for anyone with disabilities and has an extremely bright light source. Installation is relatively easy for the Aqara T1M ceiling light and set up is straightforward within the Aqara app. If you are already paired with the Apple HomeKit ecosystem, the light will automatically be added into your home. This is an amazing thing as you can control the light with Siri and and including the light in your HomeKit automations also.

I have 2 of these but i use home assistant.
Sadly i cant use the effects unless i use the aqara app which is a pain

@@ShadowEnigmaTV I was going to use HA but decided on HomeKit and have been quite happy with it. I still might use HA in the future though.
