With all due respect to Brother Shawn’s passion for evangelism, it begs the question why isn’t it working like it should. We, as a church, have forgotten that CMA (Christ’s Method Alone [MH 143]). is a 5 step process. We put all our focus on the last step, evangelism, neglect the other 4, then, when we end up with mush, we sit back and wonder what’s wrong with the recipe. Hey Shawn, follow it. When we finally get to the point where we are praying for the Holy Ghost, everyday, and practicing CMA, everyday, this church is going to be awesome. We’ll get there. We’re not quite sick and tired of being sick and tired, but it’s coming. Praise God!!
I’m sorry you didn’t watch the sermon, praise the Lord for raising up such men to care for the lost. My brother may the Lord soften your heart to hold such men in high esteem. Blessings
Maybe your church should consider how they worship. Read 2:42-47. What is the key is these verses. Reading the Word, Breaking of bread and prayers. What do your church emphasise? Music, miracles, building projects, etc. perhaps anything but what is written in the Bible. The reading and preaching of God’s Word is getting shorter. The singing and the drama is getting longer. What happen to ‘be still and know I am God’. Examine yourself, in 1 Corinthians 13. Examine that relationship with God is the best place to start. It’s not man’s formula but God’s grace and mercy. “And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.” Acts 2:42 NKJV “praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.” Acts 2:47 NKJV
I liked the teaching what I didn’t like is that on minute 34 God was used with a lower case letter thru out the Bible false idols are use with a lower case letter, let’s not take how we refer to God as a meaningless name!
Shawn, I enjoyed the sermon God prepared for you to share today but what God has called this church to share with the world in these last days is to worship, or fear God and give glory to Him. The question that needs to be addressed is who is God. The SDA church of today has switched the God of our forefathers from the only true God which Jesus prayed to in Jn17:3 to the false God which the SDA church inherited from the Catholic church called the trinity. I think that if the truth about God being the Father which is absolute truth from the Bible, and Jesus being the only begotten born Son of the Father, not created, but begotten before time and eternity, and it came from you which I know many people believe doctrines which the stars of the SDA church preaches as the truth, without studying to see if those things be so, many people would come back to the truths that God started this SDA church as the truth that would remain all the way until Jesus comes back for His people. This is God's message to you Shawn to help finish the work. God Bless
SDAs focus on the whole Bible. Its not true we only focus on the sabbath. Are you guilty of not keeping the sabbath when you know it is the truth from Gods Holy Wordand use this just to get at SDAs? SDAs are renowned for being students of the Word. Are you reading yours and seeking to find truth? God blesd you as you seek Gods Holy Spirit for wisdom and understanding and all who longs to know the scripture will find the answers in His Holy Word.

It is about the finished work of JESUS that will saves you and not about the Sabbath. Adventist sounds so great, but they dont read the whole bible and doesnt differentiate between Physical Jews and gentile. I left the church after reading the whole bible. They focus too much of the Sabbbath but not the Gospel of JESUS.
What's one sign from within that warns us that the end of all things is at hand and if you are a devout student of the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy writings, you should discern that Probation for the SDA members will close by the time the ", Sunday Law ' is legislated in America, it will be time to give the ",Loud Cry' of the third angel of Revelation 18 by those that are sealed servants of God, then seven last plagues will fall ( last plagues we will ever see because we are leaving this earth for a 1000 years) I don't think that the current SDA conference churches everywhere will go back to the preaching of the "Present Truth" because they are too far gone with the Jesuits infiltration and changed our religion as Sister White predicted in Selected Messages, and Maranatha. The Law and the Gospel, go together otherwise you don't have the "mirror" ten commandments to point out what sin you are committing 1 John 3:4. Sin is the transgression of the law ( of God written with His Finger) it is the transcript of His Character, we are going to take character to heaven, so what kind of character are you building without the law, why do we have a Mediator, Christ Jesus in the Most Holy Place now as we speak?
