If you havent gotten the disc out i can tell you that under the ps4 there should be a small hole u can stick in a small screwdriver and force the disc out if you screw in it
Nope, that wouldn't be able to fix it. What turning the screws does turns the rollers, but as you could hear in the video, they were already turning. The only way to fix it would be to disassemble the console.
@@rockl79 actually the screw driver way would work that’s what the tiny hole thing is meant for you can dissemble the entire console but that would break it.

It's not trying to eject the disc its waiting for the other half cuz it doesn't think theres a disc inside it and it doesn't detect a full disc being inserted so it thinks theres nothing to eject
