I just finished episode 4 season 2, there are only 2 more episodes left - DON'T WANT IT TO END!!! SOOOOO GOOOD!!! btw, i really miss the characters from season 1, too. such a great epic show. congratulations to everyone who's involved. bravo.
@@daisywhitelam170 It was on my local PBS station under a premium subscription so I paid to view it. If you are in the U.S. you can log on to your local PBS station and they should offer you the option of paying for a subscription and you will have access to viewing it.
Louis es mi personaje favorito en esta serie, me encanta el papel que le ha tocado y vaya que Julia lo hace muy bien su performance es uno de los mejores en la serie. De igual forma con Jonah. Genial, espero que haya una segunda temporada.
She actually would have been as her and Lois are based on the writers grandma and her friend, who was black. They had a variety act together called the two shades and an all women’s swing band during the war
The journalist who said it is "woke" tbf is absolutely right. Jans story is excellent and the upper class mother is fantastic but lets say it plainly, apart from that its 21st century people with their values and lift style transported into 1939 to the point that some stuff makes it hars to enjoy. Btw ep 3 sofia story was brilliant. (Sad but brilliant)
@@baobabka25 ???? Not sure what you mean by this. The point of the show isn’t even really about learning history so much as a drama that takes place during world war 2.
When the Woke "Reinterpret" history, actually that's very accurate 🙄 I watch it as a fictional tv war drama, but by all means avoid PBS for your history lessons
Such a talented group of people! Just finished the finale... I need more!

I really liked the Connie character.
Not sure why she was there as that probably wouldn't have happened in England then but I liked her.

Shame the show got pulled.. had so much potential
I am waiting for the 2nd episod

How is it “woke”??
Such as an enigmatic Nazi nation that is being fought with. And do not learn history from that series, please.

It's historically accurate mostly
The only thing out of places are some of the guns and such
No its not. Poland also had tanks and planes, not just bicycles
@@johnvaliegal6786 yeah but they didnt have many so it wasnt necessary to show them
Nothing shown about war in Poland is any close to the reality back then.
Lesley Manvlle is THE best thing about this.
She is phenomenal as a repressed, uptight, bitter snob.
Wooo 😍

Course you do 😆😆
The most important part of the series, right?
bruh where is the season 2 WoF?
Coming out this October 🤩
It's a Series not a season

Use of "woke" as descriptor = non-use of brain cells.
Hearing lots of people complaining it’s “woke” but lacking any examples, care to elaborate?
The host is 💩
Never just throw random question at 4 people. Be specific or it's chaos
Sorry the PC aspect ruined a decent story. Just shocked Isis was repesented
Note to self, before posting check your spelling !
@@stevescriptnote spellings and emotions are 2 different aspects. Neither are inclusive
ISIS?? Where was there a mention of ISIS?
It was a load of woke nonsense
How is it woke? I’m really having a hard time understanding where people are coming up with that
