i have 269 with nouver got pve addon on the awakening s+lmb . my combo is echo spirit, s+lmb, skull crusher, rampaging,endless explosion with lmb hold, infernal destruction , wolfs thingy the att speed increase behind the mobs, rabam punch , lmb+rmb and shift+q, mobs are usually dead after awakening part.

also using frenzy draughts, and 3 food rotation, pulling 6400 trash if not interrupted, no villas.
