- Decided to buy myself a Steinberger Guitar online & brought one from THORMANN. I Can highly recomend both the Steinberger Guitar & Thormann. I Ordered the guitar on a Tuesday evening & it was delivered just 5 days later. I Also ordered a hardcase too from Thormann however this case is only really for storing your guitar safly as its way too bulky & heavy to be carrying around. Theres no guitar playing by myself on this video however soundtrack provided by STEVE HILLAGE 'Before The Storm' & his original Steinberger Guitar from the early 80's. Love this guitar. I just wish it came with the piezo bridge and electronics of the Trans-scale model.

Hello mate; I Am a relative beginner when it comes to playing the guitar, i have been learning for about a year on a couple of USA Strats. Since ive had the Steinberger ive found my playing has got much better as the Steinberger is so much more comfortable & easy to play. It only took me a couple of days to get used to it & now i'm completely in love with it! Gibson have stopped making this guitar now so if its the Blue you want i'd advise you buy ASAP. I Would highly recommend THORMANN. Cheers!

It has a fixed bridge so the tuning is stable for very long time and the shape of the guitar is very comfortable and lightweight.For me this is the ultimate guitar.One question about its materials,is it wooden made or made from carbon acrylic synthetics?
These are actually made by Gibson so are wood, the original Steinbergers were Carbon & fetch a lot of money now. I Sold this guitar several years ago, I now have a Kiesel HH2 X Allan Holdsworth.

What do you mean, you never saw this model guitar before? And no, the pickup is not in the way. Do't play directly over the pickup. Problem solved.
