    THE GENTLEWAVE® PROCEDURE
The GentleWave Procedure is a minimally invasive2 alternative to standard root canal treatment. The GentleWave Procedure cleans the deepest, most complex portions of the root canal system.2 3 Relying on fewer files than standard RCT3, the GentleWave alternative uses fluid dynamics and broad spectrum acoustic energy3, reaching into the microscopic spaces2,3 that standard root canal treatment often cannot4. If you’re interested in a root canal alternative that helps you save your natural tooth, visit www.gentlewave.com.

    TRANSCRIPT
Standard root canal treatment hasn’t changed much over the years. The GentleWave® Procedure has revolutionized root canal therapy. A standard root canal uses files to open the path to the canal. Fluids and a number of files are then used to remove infected tissue while also shaping the canal. Simply cleaning and preparing the tooth before it can be filled can take additional appointments! The GentleWave Procedure uses fewer files to create an access path for fluid. Fluid dynamics and broad spectrum acoustic energy are administered to thoroughly clean and disinfect the root canal system.3 With the GentleWave Procedure, the tooth can typically be cleaned and filled in just one session.1 The root canal is then filled and a crown is placed. The choice is clear. Find a GentleWave provider near you.

My endodontist successfully completed my root canal procedure in 45 minutes. No repeat appointments and very quick healing time. Maybe they were just better at it than most?

@@barryallen767 No, as they give you painkiller shots. I was told to raise my hand if I began to feel anything and the dentist would shoot in more pain killer. I believe I had 4 injections throughout the 2-3 hour procedure. The initial and 3 more I requested.

I've had 4 in my life. They've ranged between about 30 mins if the tooth is in the front and easier to get and as long as 3 hours when it's in the back

I notice that in the comparison, there is no mention of cost. Wonder why?

It's approx. $300 more than an old fashioned root canal, but better medical care generally costs more.

Canada is putting dentistry on there Medical Plan. I'm more than certain Ministry of Health that's putting 9 million seniors and kids on the plan first tranche will be oh SO INTERESTED in Gentle Wave. If I think of it I'll try and find out who you want to speak with. Additionally... what about the US military? Imagine the savings to just both these highly desirable contracts ✌️👍
