I understand this to mean that our feelings are expressions of different ways frequencies behave in our consciousness. When we become fully aware of these states we can consciously change the frequency to change the expression of our energetic state. The control mechanism is to bring attention to our breath(Spirit) and then consciously anchor it in our belly.

I have wet I went through every process 31 years I had surgery every year for 31 years major major surgeries catastrophic injuries I don’t take any pain medicine and I don’t have any pain anymore but 31 years and I finally got there and I live in a beautiful place on the magic carpet you got it

It is so simple when you get there
Thank you sue! So I have a herniated disc right now and I do Kundalini yoga poorly, the reason I am here checking out your perfect program at least it's perfect for me. My question is about people though spinal injuries and what they can do if they're having troubles. My whole leg goes numb when I take the breath up my body unless I'm suspended. Now I've definitely healed it but I don't feel it's healed as fast as it can because I don't feel my spine has been in place to let that do so. What advice would you give to somebody in my position or somebody in a worse position? Cuz I think I'm doing okay with it so far but I can see how it could be a real real problem for some people. Thank you

That was fabulous thank you I understand everything I have been doing this for 28 years I started doing it until I have intuitively when I was bedridden and then I know I would I was doing very well in word so I took Reiki and that was 28 years ago and I have been studying ever cents but I am much rather Howlette energy medicine because I’m not doing the signs because it is it really resonate with me. But energy medicine or energy code whatever you wanna college deciphering you know how it’s being utilized has healed me that is my love that has healed me completely it’s unbelievable I severed my ankle and I have no pain. I’m going to call again I think I’ll be forgetting going to call and your location and find out when the next course will be so I can take it and then we’re gonna go out I’m gonna go to science I guess am I joking I just I love the season and I brag about you All the time. You are just one incredible special unique one of a kind beautiful person but so so much wisdom

Hi Regina! Great question :) Dr. Sue's course with The Shift Network will be very different from the Masterclass posted above. The Masterclass is a 45-min to hour-long "lesson" where Dr. Sue answers various questions from students during her live events. Typically the Masterclass is available to those with a Gold Membership, however this particular Masterclass was offered as a bonus for those who hold a free Silver Membership. Dr. Sue's Shift course is a seven-week course offered once a year that provides the principles, practices and key concepts of Dr. Sue's Energy Codes coursework. Each class is one hour in which Dr. Sue teaches that day's lesson and provides specific practices to embody the work. Following the one-hour class is a 30 minute Q&A where you'll have the opportunity to ask questions directly to Dr. Sue. There is also a 30-min "break-out" session after the Q&A where facilitators of the Energy Codes work will be available to go over the practices with students and answer any additional questions to be sure that week's concepts are understood fully. Additionally, you will have access to a private Facebook page for the course where you can ask questions and meet other students. No, you've just blocked it for a longer time. If you open your energy centers/flow then you'll have the same access and benefit as anybody else.
