52 y/o Goth here! Not super angsty but I've always been somewhat melancholy for as long as I remember. Sometimes it's a beautiful kind of melancholy that feels a strange kind of good. It's hard to describe but this song really makes that feeling bubble up from my soul!

I never watched her show and stumbled upon this by complete accident. Must say I'm pleasantly surprised by her strong singing voice. She has nice husky notes on her high end that sound really, really good. Keep going with music!
The beginning looks like a movie straight out 1985. The song is GOOD. Kat sometimes i wish you were a singer when i was 13 so i could say KAT IS THE SOUNDTRACK OF MY TEENAGE YEARS ( but you will be the soundtrack of the rest of my life)

Soooooooo amazingly perfect. I loved this wondrously perfect piece of musical artwork. The stars aligned when Kat and her bandmates met, along with producers, Linda Perry as well as everyone else involved, especially her husband and son giving her the positive energy to finally follow her dream and do vocal lessons daily as well as transform these masterpieces of songs which she had written about 8 years ago using her talent as a classically trained pianist...these songs had to be reworked with the amazing instruments which brings to songs to life....P.S. They are all written about her cat lol, so there's no speculation regarding her past relationships. The past is the past and now in the present....this song/video are both visually and audibly aesthetically pleasing.....so, to fast forward to present times.....everything in every way could not have turned out any more perfect. . The music reminds me a lot of that scene in the old 90's Disney Mulan movie where she decides to cut her hair, and wear her father's armor and then get on the horse and run away to fight the war in her father's place. That whole scene had similar sounding music in the background that really set the tone for the movie in a good way. Loving this song 🥰

Not sure why people would say that she can't sing. She sounds just as good as most other artists in her genre and better (in my opinion than many mainstream artists lol !
With the help of heaps of auto tune so yer she can't sing or you could say she can't hold a note
I'm pretty sure that the ones who criticized her didn't go to search and find out that Kat Von D is not a singer, she's LEARNING to sing. And honestly, for a beginner she's much better than 90% of mainstream artists. Let's see how she evaluates, and I expect she keeps her artistical essence because I don't want to see her getting similar to miley cyrus, ariana grande, beyonce, and other like them. (I don't like their style so that's why I wrote her names this way)

Also she is most likely surrounded my yes people who will not grow a pair and tell her it not that good. My opinion she should just stick to what she made her name on tattooing, i hear she pretty bloody good at it.

I posted earlier about how much I love this song. As I have listened to more songs it's still my favorite. One thing about this video though is that it is a longer version of the song which is why this is my go to. Would love to see additional versions. There is just something about this song that just sticks with you.
