This is 90% of my dream home, i would build this in the mountains with a lake on the property and land to grow veggies and make the crows nest a cool a place you could hang out and read. What a phenomenal house, no doubt its cashes in on AirBNB
lol they dont' have a single booking in december, jan, or feb, not exactly cashing in. @ $780 a night they only need to rent it out for a couple nights every month which they might do.
This house can be yours! The owner has made the tough decision to put this property on the market. The owner is looking at getting into larger investment projects.

What a deluxe dome home! I always wanted a crow’s nest. If the windows went lower toward the floor in the crow’s nest, with low benches or cushions all around for sitting , lounging, and looking out, that’s be great.

Having lived in Austin for 19 years until moving to Colorado 3 years ago, the many lakes and neighborhoods in the rolling Hill country never ceases to amaze me. This property is beautiful however, I can’t think of the astronomical energy bill the owner occurs to cool such. By April, the temperature is in the 80-90s, over 100+ way into the coming Fall. Often see the temperatures still in 100s at midnight💦.

Too big for me alone, but perfect for a couple of friends or a huge family. Great design, I love the kitchen, as always.🤭 But the other space is wonderful aswell. The bedrooms, the living space, the master bathroom is gorgeous!😁

sooo beautiful 😍😍! ! not a fan of the extra bed on the mezzanine that's got no walls around it (lack of bedroom privacy is weird) but there's plenty of bedrooms anyway so that space would make a nice study instead.

Love it! Great video. I think you should start referring to the main bedroom though as the primary bedroom as agents and the industry has moved away from referring to it as the master bedroom due to obvious reasons. Loved the dome!
