- Hi friends, I am Sael and I love making comics and art pieces. In this video I am sharing the process of me doing line art for an upcoming episode of my BL Webtoon comic. The name of the comic is 'His Royal Highness' Bride'. It is not officially published on Webtoon yet and this is just an extra episode for Halloween theme that I will be posting on TikTok!💙

Looks like it would be very hard to draw all of that. I was really amazed by the writers or even illustrators on Webtoon that I found who had cool art-styles. My fav illustrator is Van Ji and Van Ji once write also illustrate her own series on Webtoon. I wanna be an artist but if I ain't, at least I can be an author of a series on Webtoon.

My art did not look like this before I started trying to create my own comics. But because I was so eager and excited to show people the story I have in mind, I started to take art seriously. I forced myself to learn body anatomy, colour theory and etc just so that I can create a comic that I am satisfied with. And before I finally come out with an art style/comic style that I am satisfied with, I actually created 3-4 different kinds of comics that I am not satisfied with. My learning journey is still ongoing but looking back I would say creating your own comic will help you improve a lot faster!
And I honestly think that you should not be afraid of doing what you love😘 It is a gift that you love art and you are passionate about it. If you keep going, you would come out something even greater than mine

Don't wait till you are 'good enough'. There's no such thing, you're only gonna improve as you make the comic.

I loved this tutorial! It is organized and inspirational. Thank you for filming this. I have a few questions in mind, however. Can we use 3D models in Procreate the way we can in Clipstudio? Oh also I know it may sound funny/unrealistic but I wanna have a webtoon of my own one day but I want each of the panels to be super realistic and detailed. I really don't care about how long it takes but whaddya think? How long it may take?

Procreate does not support 3D models for now, so far only Clip Studio Paint supports it
That's a cool idea😲it depends on how fast you draw, I usually take 20-40 hours to finish one 1 ep (counting in posing the 3d models, drafting, dialogue, line art & colours) depending on the length of the episode. All the best to your creation🌷✨

what app or drawing software do you work with?
The drawing app I am using is called 'Procreate'
Can you share your brush please ?😊
Hi :D the brush is called 'technical pencil' which is provided by Procreate itself, I adjusted the brush's setting in stability and streamline to fit my preference. If you still want to have it, I can try to create a google drive file for it 😊
