- Roses and other life-like sugar flowers (or gumpaste flowers) are easy to create using the Flower Pro Molds and Veiners, providing the cake and sugar flower artist a wide selection of flowers to create themselves.

Chef Lodge, could I use modeling chocolate to make roses using the method you taught in this class?
Yes, but remember that modeling chocolate is very heat sensitive, so you will need to take that into consideration. Good luck and Happy decorating!

But that’s not the complete spray as the other one ☝️ . The other one is so nice with fern leaves and more roses and leaves. How to make that ?
I apologize. I'm not understanding your question. The video shows the completed spray with roses, rose leaves, ferns and baby's breath.
If you are looking for instruction on making the ferns, do a UA-cam search for Nicholas Lodge Ferns. It is a seperate video, showing in detail how to create the gumpaste ferns...Thank you!
I am Sorry probably I didn’t put it correctly. The cover picture has a big spray on it and I watched the video to see how we could make that bigger spray. But it’s only one rose with leaves and baby breath that’s shown at the end and a sample of the bigger spray. The bigger spray looks so pretty. I wished to see how we can put those all-together :) and form a big spray. :)
