आखिरकार हरा पालक भूरा हो ही गया ना l पालक blanch के wakt ठंडा पानी डालने का क्या मतलब हुआ? दूसरे शेफ भी जब भी पालक का इस्तेमाल करते हैं ये वाला अनावश्यक स्टेप जरूर बताते हैं.

Dear just skip the turmeric and red chilli and reduce the cooking time and you will get green palak as well.
But, we usually eat it this way.👍
