i had my eyes on that, but sometimes the price point for new switch games turns me away. i don't see them going down anytime soon, do you think its worth it at 50-60 dollars?
Oh my god i LOVE Rune Factory, so happy to see some love that game series! So underrated imo. I have 3 on ds but i recently got the switch remaster as well due to the added content lol can't get enough of that game. Getting all the Rune Factory games is on my bucketlist lol
Star Fox 64 is excellent, all you need to expect is that it's arcade style so a run will take you like an hour to an hour and half, you're meant to revisit it over and over to discover new routes, but that game is so good
Awesome video! Loved seeing your collection, I still have my old DS around I have fond memories around playing Mario Kart DS with my classmates while on break back in the day.
The Pet Resort game sounds so chill & cute! Also, the cooking mama 2 in the cooking mama case is WILD. Gotta be so careful buying stuff online, I swear 😂
Great haul - love the focus on pets and girly games along side the classics. My first luigis mansion was the 3rd and I loooved it! They are all more or less standalone from my understanding so it shouldn't matter which one you start with. However, it does seem like dark moon is everyones least favorite in the series.. I just boight the re-"something" of the first game on the 3ds - can't wait to try the first entry in the series!
i LOVE pet games/girly games so much!! interesting that dark moon is everyone's least favorite!! maybe i'll play it ands then every other luigis mansion game will be better haha
@@hannahxsolo Exactly, it was also more to say: if you start with dark moon and it doesn't hit you right, maybe don't give up on the series completely 😁
Pokemon X in terms of the story and characters is a bit underwhelming imo. But it's still really cool to traverse the world the first time and deal with Mega evolutions and such. Pokemon Moon has a lot more memorable and enjoyable characters for sure. I'm sure you'll have a great time with both of them :D If you haven't tried them the Mystery Dungeon games are a ton of fun. They have the original for GBA/DS and a Remake for The Nintendo Switch. I think it's on or coming to Nintendo Switch Online too
i have some great memories playing zelda link between worlds on my 3ds with my sisters son (we have 8 year age difference, my sister is 11 years older than me) and wed play it atnight secretly under covers at christmas (my sister bought it to me as christmas gift with 2 other zelda games, if i remember correctly, ocarina of time and tri force heroes?? (i dont remember the name, its the one where there are 3 links)
If you like creature collectors them I’d recommend Yo-Kai Watch, they have a lot of charm and are super fun! Yo-Kai Watch 1 is about $15 and Yo-Kai Watch 2 BS/FS are only about $35 so they aren’t too expensive. I’d also say try out Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon, it’s only about $30 and is probably the best PMD game
Star fox 64 is my favorite game of all time it is infinitely replayable and respects your time. Best one in the series by a long shot, just dive in! If you like cute animals (as I see you do) that’s what all the characters are and they’re so memorable 🦊🐇🦅🐸
i forgot about petz games! i have the gba dogz 2 and now i wanna play it again lol. im a huge pokemon nerd so I'd absolutely recommend them! I typically choose which version based on version exclusive pokemon, since thats the only real difference. tho with sun/moon and usum, im pretty sure the moon versions have their time flipped so if youre playing during the day its nighttime in game. if youre getting into more fashion games id recommend checking out the style savvy series! my favorite is fashion forward, but i think all the 3ds ones are good ^^ i dont think they got physical releases tho. not in the US at least. EU and JP go by different titles as well but I think there was a physical release for one of those regions completely unrelated but i see you have the candy corn cinnamoroll! i didnt realize they were out now, ill definitely have to look into it. theyre so cute and look so soft!
i have been playing the style savvy games!! i never played them as a kid, but they've been so fun to play now!! and yes! i got the candy corn cinnamoroll and the zombie pompompurin!!! theyre adorable!!
You're definitely better off starting off with a more traditional Dungeon Style Zelda game like A Link Between Worlds as opposed to Breath of The Wild. I'd strongly recommend Ocarina of Time since you can get it on the 3DS and it's such a great experience. Majoras Mask is a little annoying with the time mechanics and other little things. I actually started BoTW for the first time this year and it's different but a great experience. You're gonna have a great time when you get around to it :)
Have you played any or all the Mario & Luigi RPG's? They are personally my childhood favorite gameseries and I cannot wait for Brothership for the Switch.
I hornstly think A Link Between Worlds is a good entry point for Zelda games. Its a great game! Also, Star Fox 64 3d is probably the best in the series. Its a fun game and the multiplayer is fun too!
If you plan on playing Pokemon Moon, pick up Ultra Moon and play that instead! I can't wait until you play Link between Worlds. Who knows, it might end up as one of your favorite Zelda games and you end up picking up the Link Between Worlds 3DS XL limited edition console.
17:53 "If you're not excited to play a game that you bought, then why did you buy the game?" I ask myself that every time a Steam sale comes around lol Great vid! Glad you're so excited!
Turning into a ebay bundle FIEND lol. Lots of good games Bugz! Can't remember but does your ds have a gameboy cartridge at the bottom? Could be something to look at for future classic games if it does and i've got some recs for you if it does. Keep crushing it Bugz ❤
@@hannahxsolo Well Simpsons Road Rage I know is on GBA, Dungeons & Dragons: Eye of the Beholder was so good when I was younger, The lord of the rings trilogy was made into games for the GBA and they were super fun. Scooby Doo and the Cyber chase slaps. All great finds if you can get them in some way
luigi's mansion 2 isn't great, I mean it's not terrible but 1 and 3 are leagues better than it, if you can get a hold of luigi's mansion 1 on 3ds that'd be a better time
I wanted to comment bc you may hear negative comments about your choices in Pokémon- many longtime/competitive fans of Pokémon don't like X and Moon because of the large amount of cutscenes interfering with the gameplay (as well as complaints about the games being too easy). However I think you'll like them both a lot! X was the first game to have character customization and I think you'll really appreciate the aesthetics. Moon is my all-time favorite game, the story is the best in any Pokémon game in my opinion (overshadowed maybe only by Black and White) and it was what got me back into Pokémon.
i'm never the type of person who complains when a game is too easy, so i don't think that will bother me. playing games on easy mode just let me relax a little bit more!! i think i'll like them too (plus the starters are very cute)!!
Omg! I loved Cake Mania, you just unlocked memories for me because I remembered the shape of the cakes as soon as I saw the cover.
the cake shapes are burned into my brain i swear!!!
instead of breath of the wild, would try the links awakening remake for switch- it’s so cute and i understood how to play it a lot more than botw
i had my eyes on that, but sometimes the price point for new switch games turns me away. i don't see them going down anytime soon, do you think its worth it at 50-60 dollars?
@@hannahxsolo honestly no, it's a great game but you're better off getting it used

For Zelda, try Ocarina of Time. Great introduction to Zelda games.

mario kart on the ds is just so good!!

glad to have you!!!!
I just bought a new 3ds xl last week! i never had one before
Love the video! Can you do a video of your whole collection? Or videos of your other system collections?
i'd love to do an xbox 360, ps4, and regular ds collection video in the future!! i'll definitely plan those out!
It would be super cool to see you review the games that you play as you play them!
IM SO EXCITED FOR YOU TO GET INTO ZELDA!!! Patiently waiting for the botw playthrough its gonna be so worth the wait😁

i recommend you to play just ultra moon, its same game as moon but with lot of improvements
*pokemon ultra moon
Your videos make good background noise keep it up
a must play on the 3ds is Fantasy Life
Yes!!!! 3ds love, I'm still rocking my 3ds. Only want 4 games and my collection is finished, I'm not going for a complete set, just games I want.
what 4 games are you looking to get?
Luigi’s mansion 3 is the better Luigi’s mansion imo, but dark moon is good in its own right

perhaps... both

I love Mario Land, it's super different from other Mario games
Mario 3d land is not the same game as mario 3d world
