welcome to part two of my vietnam diaries! i went to sapa for 3 days. you'll find me visiting cat cat village, fansipan mountain, cau kinh aka glass bridge, love waterfall, local hmong villages as well unwinding and reconnecting with nature.
i really enjoyed the trip but it was freezing cold. we went in february and while we knew it wouldn't be the nicest weather this time of the year it was still very foggy and chilly. but this made the trip even more mystical and breathtaking - everything could've been straight out of princess mononoke. i'll see you next week for episode 3 where i'll be heading to Hanoi again! thank you for watching 🤍

the boardwalk that you went on (that is across the shallow pool) is there any platform underneath it that prevents people from falling down the mountain?
It looked higher than it is! There was a smaller plateau underneath, but the angle made it look like it was right in the air :-)
i'm so relieved because I would be so uncomfortable if it was just a pier hovering over a cliff 😳
