  • Alex found things everywhere in her quilting studio as she remodeled. Lilo Bowman helped Alex get the problem under control. How did they do it? Lilo has great (and inexpensive) ways to label your quilting tools, fabrics, threads, and books (spiral bound!). Is the P Touch labeler Alex's new love? All these questions will be answered in this video. It's time to label your quilting room.
They will use key rings, zip ties, mini blinds, label tags, and the P Touch. See how Annie Smith labels her pull-out drawers.

About machine quilting...my Mother did machine quilting in the 1950's. She had rheumatic fever when I was a baby, and had heart damage so she had limited energy. But she still made quilts for our beds (family of 7) I am the youngest, but no longer young. lol

I use a white muslim fabric between the basting and the backing for dark backings. It works beautifully and a ton cheaper than the second layer of batting.
Nothings labeled in my sewing or craft room. Two separate bedrooms, lol. No empty nest here. It's a second income... woohoo.
This video is different for all the right reasons and it's done so perfectly that in my brain, it makes perfect sense. Duuh..Duh...
    Thanks ladies... Babs from Tombstone

I had blind slats also. I used them to mark my rows in the garden. Green beans in this row, carrots in next row. They're VERY handy

I just listened to your utube show. I want to mention the dangers of mold. I inhaled black mold and it grew a fungal infection in my sinuses. I have been fighting the mersa it caused in my sinuses for 5 years. Be careful sleeping under a quilt with mold. You can’t wash it out. 🙏✂️
