These guys are pissed up - most probably after the farewell event, they are packing and getting ready to leave. One guy in the background told his cousin that he is not going to ride with them - they had an argument earlier - apparently the one that is shouting so much had said something about the dude and in retribution was told that he is on his own. From the dialect i gather that these are Polish Highlanders. Lot of swearing and anger... but the fashionable gent is really determined to start new fashion... LOL
